To be clear, I was not the patient, but I paid for all services and was with my mom at every appointment. Dr. Danny is super rude and not personal at all. The nurse that would administer IV for my mom was friendly and kind. There was never any follow up and even though we came in regularly, not a single time Dr. Danny acknowledged us or even asked how my mom was doing. If we wanted to ask her anything at all, we needed to make an appointment with her. She's just not a friendly or welcoming person. No bed side matter. Dr. Danni has been instrumental in helping me to regain my health. After suffering for years with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and leaky gut, Dr. Danni helped me to regain the health & energy needed to enjoy life. I began with IV therapy. It became a time of relaxation for me, sitting back in the big old comfy chairs while the vitamins went directly into my bloodstream, skipping my leaky gut, which allowed my body to assimilate them quickly and completely. When I found out I had heavy-metal toxicity, Dr. Danni came to the rescue with chelation therapy. Although it took a while, as detoxing slowly is the best way to detox, it worked. I have been a patient of Dr Danni's since 2016 . At that time I had been diagnosed with several different illnesses but the scariest of all was reoccurring melanomas do to dysplastic nevi syndrome. I had been to doctors in Western medicine and naturopathic doctors as well. Western medicine doctors had told me to get a big floppy hat and enjoy the rest of my life that there was nothing they could do for me. The naturopathic doctors I sought out had never dealt with the type of cancer I had . After a lot of searching I found Dr Danni in Auburn. Upon my consultation with her I knew she was the perfect fit for me. She gave me hope , A plan, and the compassion I so desperately needed . Long story short it's now almost 2021 and I have not had another melanoma diagnosis for two years now. I know I would not be where I am today if it had not been for Dr Danni. She is truly an angel and cares deeply about all of her patients. Went once. Never again. Had blood drawn, went in for follow up to go over labs and she actually said to me while looking at my labs " I really don't know what to make of these." ?!?!!!!! Wow. Just what patient wants to hear from provider. REALLY? I've been an RN my adult life and was able to make sense of my labs myself. Too expensive, insurance won't pay to see them. Only MDs. I discovered In March 2020 that I have Lyme Disease woo hoo! My body cannot handle the die off reactions from the antibiotics so my doctor recommended that I see Dr.Danni for ozone. I have been coming here for just over a month and this place is chill. I love the big chairs that recline in the main IV room. Dr.Danni is super knowledgeable and gets you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Its not cheap and insurance doesn't cover it but that's standard and is what it is. I walked in and was in exstream pain. Dr Danny fit me right in. She gave me a shot and put me in the PEMF machine. I walked in with a pain level of an 8 out of 10. I debated whether or not to post my review as I believe the IV Bags are great. However, the treatment I received at this business was UNACCEPTABLE in so many ways that I decided to share my experience in hopes in helps in some way. First of all, I had to call several times and leave several messages before I was able to connect with someone to schedule an appointment. When I arrived for my first appointment, I waited 30 minutes to start an IV. 30 minutes? Also, they requested my supplement list so Dr. Dani could go over it and give her advice.....its 2 months later and I still haven't heard back on this. Even though I have I called on this to get her opinion AT LEAST 6 TIMES! Dr. Dani also requested that I have my blood drawn for a certain test...well, that was fine, except she wanted me to pay cash for it when I have medical insurance! Luckily, I insisted that we put this through insurance instead or I would have been out even more money. I paid Dr. Dani $1,000 for the Consultation and IV bags I received over the next few weeks. Each time I visited this office there was always an issue of some sorts and they made a big deal of whatever was happening that day. Making my visits there a stressful situation to be in, when I was going for healing bags of IV's. Seemed like they missed the boat here! My final straw with Dr. Dani was the last trip to her office for an ALA Bag, well her staff had told her I was getting a bag of Vitamin C so that is what she got ready for me. When I noticed the IV bag was incorrect, I pointed it out to her. So was trying to PUSH me to take this bag instead of the one I was actually there for. When I refused to take the wrong bag, she got very angry with ME and started throwing things around. I was getting very uncomfortable with what was transpiring. When she was putting the needle in my arm to hook me up to the IV bag, she was being OVERLY AGGRESSIVE with the needle. Almost to the point of taking her frustrating out on me. I KNEW at that point I was DONE with this with very unsatisfactory treatment and would never be back to this place. I've been getting IV bags for 2 years now, and this was purposely VERY roughly administered, which was VERY wrong! Hopes this review will help others. read more

My experience has been greatly subpar. I initially went in for weekly injections and the first time noticed that there was a lack of concern about respecting my time and, after I received the shot, also realized there was no band aid applied which resulted in blood-stained underwear. The second time I attempted to get an injection, it was during the middle of the week and well before closing. I walked in and was told I couldn't receive the shot as everyone had simply gone home early for the day and was also informed that I should call first. The website clearly states the hours for injections and does not at all recommend calling ahead to make sure the staff hasn't gone home on unexpected holiday. Additionally, not only were my time and gas money wasted (particularly as I live a ways away), but the receptionist wasn't at all concerned and I left feeling as if I were the one expected to apologize for daring to show up to a walk-in appointment during normal business hours. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Definitely will not ever consider this office for any additional medical treatment. read more

I was so impressed with Dr Dani my first visit because she took so much time to do a thorough health history of my entire life from conception forward and she was able to connect dots that no MD ever has connected due to her understanding of the whole human organism and how it interacts. She literally helped me revive my immune system that was more or less completely gone, so that now I can actually feel it fighting again. Dr. Ballere is the best naturopathic doctors in the area in my opinion. She is understanding and very knowledgable in all aspects of medicine. She takes her time and is really there for you when you need a provider who cares. I have never had a bad experience with her.
