Dr He is beyond compassionate. She has given me the closest pain free life I've had in 10 years…read more All without narcotics ! My Lumbar Spine has collapsed and I'm not able to have a surgical correction. I know I will always have this pain but, Dr Cathy He has given me a way to live with it via lumbar injections every few months. She gets 10 Stars from me Colleen M Bradford

If I could give more stars for Dr. He, I would. I have multiple types of neuropathy in peripheral…read morenerves in my leg following a knee arthroscopy. Note I had multiple arthroscopes in the past due to signify trauma in the leg. the initial neurologist recognized it but said hopefully it will heal. Well it did not. My ortho of 20 years never had this issue arise. I found Dr. He on my own and reading her bio, I saw a glimmer of hope that she just did not give meds. She looked for quality of life solutions. My first visit was just that. She listened, set up a plan, the office helped navigate stubborn insurance and finally she was able to do the diagnostic procedures leading Me to the correct surgeon to do the first of my peripheral nerve surgery. coordinating with the plastic surgeon, Dr. He managed my pain through the first nerve surgery, which was a lot less painful than what I was going through. However, I have some issues remaining and will probably have a second round of surgery. this Is conservative and acceptable because you lose feeling and you don't want too much feeling to be taken away if you have to endure this. I write this long review because orthos in the Houston area are not up to speed on managing nerve pain that arises after arthrosopic knee surgery and it was almost a year before I found Dr. He. I went to many after that surgery and was met with ...that's too bad, no never saw that before and I wish I could help but I can't and I don't know anyone. Dr. He remembers everything and is so compassionate. One of a kind and not like any other pain management doctor I have ever been to. For those of you wondering, my nerves affected were the saphenous nerve where a neuroma was found above my knee not anywhere near the surgical site, severe superficial peroneal nerve entrapment and moderate entrapment in the deep peroneal nerve. those were all addressed the first surgery. We just targeted another area on the saphenous nerve and the sural nerve. Truly an amazing doctor and person.

Dr. Ali really cares about his patients and tries everything he can to reduce, control, and manage your pain. He is on top of medicine and technology so he always has a grasp on your situation and new solutions that are developing in the world of medicine. That passion is the reason I keep coming back because he isn't a doctor who just prescribes and is done. He truly is trying to make your life better and you can feel it is his practice. His staff also share that passion by being positive and knowledgable. The best part of the visit sometimes is how nicely Jeannette at the front desk welcomes and says goodbye to you as you leave from a pain reduction shot. You may not feel the best so the front desk staff help you with their style. All in all. I recommend Archpoint Pain and will be seeing them again soon.

I was seen my Dr. Carlos Gutierrez and spent a good portion of the morning being seen by his staff and by him, in person. I'm new to Houston so I was establishing myself with a PCP and talking to him about health issues and current medications. He is such an attentive and caring doctor and spent time looking into what and why I have been prescribed and treated for particular conditions. Comprehensive physical was also completed. I left his office feeling like I am in good hands. I felt like he cared and didn't stick me with a nurse or physician's assistant to examine me. The staff at this office, from the reception area to the back office were so kind. The only encounter I had that made me feel some type of way was the phlebotomist who wasn't friendly but not rude either. Very sterile encounter and drawing blood is already an uncomfortable experience to begin with. I return in two weeks for follow up on lab results and I actually look forward to it.

She has been paying out of pocket for so many lab works, and I only just found out.
