I began having nerve pain in my left wrist, shortly after Thanksgiving. After a week, the pain worsened and began traveling up my left forearm, to the rear of my neck. In addition, I started having muscle spasms in my left arm and chest. Finally, I made an appointment and saw a primary care physician. After some X-rays of my wrist, the doctor discovered that I had a Healed fracture in my left wrist. However, she put me on an oral steroid pack, to address the nerve pain. The steroid pack didn't work, as the pain continued. Next, I went to see an orthopedic specialist, who ordered additional X-rays of my neck, forearm, and wrist. The orthopedic specialist diagnosed me with cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in my neck). The orthopedic doctor placed me on a muscle relaxer, to help reduce the muscle spasms and I was advised that if the pain continued, I would have to see a spine specialist. The pain continued, so I saw a spine specialist. The spine specialist concurred with the orthopedic specialist; I had a pinched nerve. The spine specialist placed me on two additional nerve pain medications, and recommended physical therapy. After seven sessions of physical therapy, there was some minor improvement. However, I was not totally comfortable with the therapist (a nice guy, but I got the feeling he wasn't very knowledgeable). The therapist recommended I have more sessions, but I decided that he was not the right therapist for me. My wife recommended Airrosti, as she and a number of her tennis friends used Airrosti, and were very happy with their results. So, I made an appointment with Airrosti's Dr Jestel. In my first visit, Dr. Jestel conducted a complete assessment of my issues, and suggested a course of action for treatment. I agreed to begin the treatment, after the assessment. As amazing as it sounds, I actually felt less pain, after that first session. Less pain than I had, after taking all of the medications that I had been placed on. After visiting with Dr. Jestel, he introduced me to his assistant, Douglas. Douglas developed a number of exercises for me, that targeted my issue. After only three visits, I was 95% pain free. Dr Jestel discontinued further treatments sessions and advised that I needed to continue with the exercises that Douglas developed for me. He also advised that if the pain reoccured, I should schedule an additional session, to reassess my issue, and develop different exercises for the problem. This guy knows his stuff. Most importantly, he diagnosed my issue and was able to treat and resolved the root cause of my issue. I received individual, professional, and courteous attention, from Dr. Jestel and Douglas. Most importantly, my issue was resolved in only three visits. I'm very thankful to Dr. Jestel and Douglas, and I highly recommend them for anyone who has pinched nerve pain or similar problems. read more

Dr. Jestel is my go to. I had a severe pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder. I tried every type of therapy imaginable ie.... acupuncture, PT (3) different types, water therapy, chiropractor, pain management etc. Nothing helped; so as I looked into surgery a buddy begged and talked me into using these guys, this was nothing short of a small miracle. I was fixed after 5 visits. Now I am in the middle of a much more severe situation with my back and nerves in my back and legs. I have been to 4 different surgeons for options and they all concluded that surgery is needed and it is time sensitive. Airrosti is like no other and their providers do amazing work!! I have used chiropractors and physical therapist in the past and have had to continually go back for many appointments before I got any relief. Dr. Fearn was able to help me get my life back. I have diagnosis of Spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis. I have pain that is sometime controlled with medication. I have times it will not be. What Dr. Fearn did for me was to help take the pain away on those times. I was not sure it was possible, but she really helped to ease the pain and much more. Dr. Fearn and Jen (physical therapist) are the perfect dynamic duo. I have had several hip and spine issues for around 10 months. I've tried a few different modalities but nothing seemed to help. I would get excruciating sciatica pains that would wake me up in the middle of the night. This started to impact every area of my life in a negative way. She listened to my aches and pains and worked the areas that provided relief right away and Christie gave to exercised I could do on my own to strengthen my core which will help me in so many ways. Dr. Fearn knows her stuff! Went in with an aggravated rotator-cuff injury and by the time I left the office it was 50% better. The next day (following her icing instructions) it was 80% better, and I was 100% better by the end of my second visit. My daughter is a ballerina and suffered a sprain which took her out of dance for several weeks. Dr. Fearn was incredible. We had been following older traditions of nursing a sprain with no success, but after just 30 minutes in our first visit, my daughter was able to put on her Pointe shoes and dance.
