Legit horrible they came to my house 10/26 sprayed a little gnat spray in the bathroom i payed them 200. I just called them today 1/22 and told them I'm seeing gnats they told me another 200 to come back!!! Said I had " dust". I had an infestation of bugs. Took 6 bags I kept. Said nothing was in them. I am not delusional . They did " preventative spraying" and threw out my 6 bags that had the bugs. Also , the bugs were back less than 24 hours later. And blood on my bed. Like before they came This is a fraudulent company. I am an attorney. Retired from practice but doing pro bono work. These assholes are a bunch of legitimate crooks. They charge you $399 dollars to come to your place, put a few mice bays tells u what to fix and leave. After you Fix what they told u to fix, you still have the problem. They send someone out to but still want to charge you again. Then want to threatened you with oh we going to send to collections if you don't pay after you already paid almost $500. They can go to hell, send that shit to collections. read more

I have used Advanced for many years when I discovered termites in my home. They come when they say they will be there and they do a great job. I had an issue with once and when I complained the owner of the company paid me a visit to resolve the issue - when would that happen with the big chain companies? Never! Recently I had an infestation with those tiny ants in my kitchen. I called late in the day and a tech came the very next day and resolved my issue with environmentally safe products you can use around anyone and your pets. We've used Advanced Pest Management for a few years now. Recently we had an issue with carpenter ants between our quarterly appointments, and they sent someone to treat it as part of our annual contract with no extra charge. Most recently, we had a horrible bird mite situation. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the owner, Will Puricelli, made sure a technician came over to our place the *same* day. Their technician, Steven, was extremely competent and thorough. He did a great job explaining what to do next. I feel that we are in good hands with this company. read more

I'm sorry to have to leave this review but I am deeply disappointed. I used this company twice in the past and they were great (pricy but efficient). But I have to say I used them this year (Jan) and they ended up having to spray my entire house about 4-5 times (which by the way I had to leave with my kids for the weekend) and we are currently in may and I'm still trying to get rid of the infestation that never left. I spent almost $2000 and now even more with store bought products because I literally have no other choice. read more

finally a service professional from this company doing the job right! third time's the charm i guess. twice before have i had them come for a rodent issue in my attic. all the servicemen did was place bait traps and leave mentioning to me there are some holes under the radiators and around the pipelines but did nothing about it. only after complaining before my 3rd appointment that my mom was still having mice in her apartment did they send Marilyn who knew exactly what to do! hopefully this will solve our issue and we will only need maintenance appointments going forward! read more

I received service from this company twice so far. Both technicians were right on time, and SUPER friendly. They were very thorough and did not get annoyed at me after asking them lots of questions. The second technician even took the time to check outside my home when he noticed a draft coming into the basement. I am currently receiving monthly service for all pests because I have a garden in my backyard and unfortunately with that comes ants, centipedes, spiders etc. I am definitely going to continue using this company because they are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about what they are doing. read more

I had construction on my block and ended up with several mice in the house. I called Advance Pest Management who came immediately, and charged me around $450 dollars, so you tell me how's that affordable?. Their fix consisted of putting down traps. The mice kept coming, traps kept tripping, I was skeeved to be in my house. Little dead rodents in the kitchen every morning. I have a six year old, and we were both mortified to walk in there every morning. I called, they came back, more traps. Finally, I said, this is not a solution to Jeffery, an older technician came out(Carlos) and said what I needed was an exclusion package, more money. I was totally irate and ready to whoop the owners ass so he called the office and told them he was doing the service. The office was rude, unhelpful and I cannot recommend strongly enough that you take your business elsewhere!! read more

This pest control company is contracted through my building's management company. The tenants here have been battling an infestation thanks to an unaddressed, hoarding problem in one apartment that has gone unaddressed for years. Today I caught one of the workers from this company spraying their pesticides in the common areas (hallways) of our building. Dousing the walls, doorsteps, and stairs with some sort of pesticide. When I informed the man that he was being taped on my phone and inquired about which type of spray he was using, because the tenants here have a right to know what their families, children and pets are inhaling, the man simply ignored me and went on spraying the hallways. All he would tell me was to call his company and then sprayed poison almost right to my feet! I called the extermination company who, of course, told me that the pesticides they're using are absolutely safe to ingest with no ventilation and then went on to explain what it is they are contratcted to do for this building when certain types of complaints are made. The representative claimed that when a roach or waterbug infestation is reported that the workers are supposed to bait all the cabinets and problem areas and then spray and put down sticky traps. That is a bunch of crap. We had the exteminating company in our apartment in January of this year complaining of roaches and waterbugs. The exterminator came in and sprayed 3 walls, laid down 2 sticky traps and left. It took no more than 15 minutes. I have alerted the company to the fact that they are contracted with a negligent managment company and that we do not receive the services that this representative said we should and yet nothing has happened.. and I don't expect it to. No notification was ever given by anyone that this extermination would be taking place. Even the sign to request an exterminator, that used to hang on the poster in our lobby, has mysteriously disappeared within the last month. This city is all about who has the money and the power, justice and humanity are a thing of the past here. read more
