Thankfully they had a time slot at 8am the next morning! The rate included initial treatment and also a follow-up treatment (if needed, within 90 days of initial treatment). The exterminator came exactly at 8am. I brought him to the kitchen and bathroom where I saw most of the roaches at. He put the gel bait and also sprinkle some other bait around, pulling out the refrigerator and stove. He also went into the bathroom and put some around the sink and the pipes under the sink. After that, I haven't seen any other roaches around. The entire process was super easy and Pro Don Pest Management was very accommodating. The technician who came was very, very friendly and knowledgeable. I also referred Pro Don Pest Management to my parents who needed an exterminator for a bed bug problem in my grandmother's apartment. Sealed the likely entrance, built trap boxes ( YouTube... ) and used various baits. Rats are extremely smart and fast. He'd get the food but not caught. After a a few weeks I gave in and searched for an exterinator. The reviews about Joe prompted me to get in touch. The reviews describe him perfectly ! He came the next day. We spent almost 2 hours going around the house inspecting for evidence of entry points, nests, activity as well as getting to know each other. He is truly a nice guy who knows his craft ! Joe seemed impressed by my approach. Thought, based on what he saw, that there might only be the one and didn't see any obvious additional enrty points. He suggested a few new baits and traps and we decided to stay in touch before moving to poison. He refused payment for his time and advice. He promptly replied to my status texts over the next few days. Nobody caught, no success... until I got him ! Sent Joe pictures. Recieved a congratulations reply !
