I was treated like a King pre and post surgery. Dr. Shadid spent all the time necessary in pre-surgery visits. I never once felt short-changed on an office visit. All my gel and cortisone injections were performed by Elliott. He explained the procedures every step of the way before the procedure and also while he was doing them. I am completely comfortable with him performing these procedures. He remembers me each time and details about my life and we have conversations beyond the medical issues at hand. The fourth one is the problem. He tried to do a surgery that he wasn't qualified for because my kneecap had went off to the side. He couldn't make it right by moving it back. He was going to recommend me to another sports specialist that dealt with knee cap repairs. I decided to take a break from surgeries for a while. When I went to contact him I was told that I was no longer his patient. Now what am I supposed to do. I'm very disappointed with the way he decided that I was not his problem/patient anymore.
