Diagnostic imaging over time - in other words, 'before' and 'after' x-rays (or mri's, thermography scans, etc,) DO NOT LIE! They show either improvement, or degradation, in the case of cervical, sacral, or mid spinal images. In my particular case - I have improved tremendously! In short, these people are top-notch experts and work with people in all walks of life, in all conditions. My wife and I, and all four kids have been getting adjusted here for over a year now. Doctors Kalie and James will be honest with you, and understand that chiropractic care is not a one-and-done treatment. They equip you to succeed in your personal health journey, and truly care about seeing health restored. My wife was four months pregnant with our fourth child when we started our care. Dr. Kalie is certified in the Webster Technique which meant no round ligament pain or sciatic nerve pain for my wife, which was present with the other three pregnancies. Dr. Kalie also came to our home to adjust mom and baby, five days after our home birth. In 2021, I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease and a flare up (at that time) that had me questioning whether I would ever be able work again, let alone train for any sport (I was a lifelong multi sport athlete). One woman commented how the doctors needed her husband's "permission" and if she "had the power to make choices". What I like most about this practice is seeing what your spine looks like before and during your care program. Obviously, any chiropractor office can do x-rays, but this practice makes it a point to do it so you can SEE where the corrections/adjustments are needed. I came in with minimal known "issues" and joined with my wife. Initial imaging showed there was work to be done and follow-up imaging showed positive progress. Like a personal trainer, everyone will be given a different "program" or regimen to follow based on their body's needs. So I started going to see Judge Family the first week of July. I met Dr. Kalie as we were walking through sweetest days in Geneva. She popped in front of me and asked if we'd be interested in having our backs checked(my wife and I). I said I've been going to doctors, specialists, chiropractors for 3 years since my accident I had, and no one has been able to help me. They all just kept throwing drugs at me. She said it's $50 and they would do a foot screen, thermal imaging, and X-ray. If they could help they would and without drugs. I figured screw it what do I have to lose.... After about 2 months I was completely off pain pills and anti-inflammatory pills. It wasn't fixed. But significantly better. Fast forward to today, this is the first time in 3 years I haven't had pain!!! Today after my appointment, I got to my car, started driving home and emotions took over. I actually started to cry! After a 2 hour appointment at Judge Family Chiropractic, my husband handed me a brochure saying that in order for him to continue to get treatment, he needs me to attend a session at the office. I agreed, despite the red flag, and went 2 days later. Upon entering, I noticed that NONE of the employees (about 5) were wearing masks. One employee tried to verbally usher us into a room, but I stopped and said, "Why is no one wearing a mask?" Her response was, "I choose not to wear one for personal reasons." I said, "I am not comfortable being around strangers who are not wearing masks." She agreed to put one on in order to get us into the room (none of the other employees put on a mask). The employee brought in another brochure for my husband and I to read with no cited evidence, just testimonials. After reading in the brochure how this place has successful offices in Canada, The U.S. and Zimbabwe (?), and how committing to some essential practices will change our lives, she began her pitch, beginning with the question: "What is the biggest cause of federal debt?" I actually laughed out loud. She was following a script! My husband said, "I don't know." She said, "medical costs," as though committing a membership to this place is our American duty (pathos). She then transitioned to an ethos appeal by describing her experience working with patients in numerous medical settings - she mentioned elderly patients and patients with cancer. She literally said that patients who wanted to get pregnant "got pregnant in their office." Mind you, my husband and I are middle aged. I interrupted and asked, "I'm sorry, what was your role in these medical settings?" She told us she was a receptionist. I wish I were joking. I asked "so you do not have healthcare expertise yourself?" She replied that she is certified in some kind of acronym that I didn't recognize and cannot remember, but she qualified it by saying she had the credentials needed to work with patients in that office. Then, she appealed to our pathos again by telling us that she has worked with patients who have suffered and died from leukemia, and began to segue into how life choices could prevent leukemia. This was an oddly specific appeal since I am a leukemia survivor and my husband lost a twin to leukemia. I interrupted once more, "So am I hearing this correctly? Are you saying that you have worked with patients who have compromised immunity, and you do not wear a mask?" Her response was, "I am healthy. I have no symptoms of a disease. I do not need to wear a mask." I said, "So you don't believe that Covid can be spread without symptoms?" Her response was, "I will not live in fear." That was when we got up and left. My husband was there for two hours on Monday amidst these people who don't believe they have to protect others' health in a global pandemic. I am not excusing his ignorance in not walking out the door, but it is important that the community know that we have potentially been exposed to Covid as have likely numerous others trusting this organization and their persuasive pitch. We will need to be tested and possibly quarantine. We are caring for aging parents who are immune compromised. I reported them to the Illinois Health Department for endangering our health and the health of others under the guise that they have healthcare expertise. Find another chiropractor if you believe in science at all. read more

They were all sitting on the counters and door was locked while it was supposed to be open. Then Ms. Judge was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They came recommended from a friend so I went along with signing up. As a student, and finances tight. Judge family insisted in pushing carecredit. ( I'd never dealt with credit cards) they signed me up. I went along with the friends recomendation. Not knowing care credit just had a 34 million class action lawsuit settled agianst them for misleading practices. Care credit has not changed that. An judge family helping sign people into a scam.
