Now let me tell you my story....6 months ago, I was nearly bedridden with L5 bulging disc, and 4 degenerative discs with arthritis. I was in so much pain and having migraines almost everyday. I was heavily medicating between muscle relaxants, pain killers, and migraine pills. I finally went to see a neurosurgeon so that he could operate on my spine. Luckily, he declined and asked that I try therapy. A Yelp friend suggested looking into corrective chiropractic therapy which I had no idea what was the difference between a chiropractor, so I started researching and was completely convinced from my research that I had been doing it wrong all along. I found ADIO, and decided to come for a visit. During the visit, Dr. Park and his team were so kind and patient with me as I asked various questions. I began receiving physical therapy for one full year, beginning in May of 2017 and ending this month. (May 2018) I must say that the treatment/s that I received from the physical therapists and the therapists assistants were impeccable. Each therapist was knowledgeable in his/her craft and explained my progression every step of the way. The office staff always treated me with a smile and accommodated my every need. The entire staff made each visit fun and you were made to feel like family. I entered the facility with the idea that I may never feel whole again and today it almost feels like I never had surgery at all. Although I am glad that I have made progress and no longer needing therapy, I will miss the staff members.
