I had a generally good experience here! The foot massage was very relaxing--so much so that I actually found myself falling asleep. A highlight was that the masseuse ended the session with hot stones, which felt wonderful. When I first walked in, the place was relatively empty and peaceful, though it did start filling up quickly. There are two reasons I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. First, as a first-timer, I didn't really know the norms, and the masseuse never checked in to ask if the pressure was okay. I definitely would have liked more pressure, so a quick check-in would have been appreciated. Next time, I'll know to just speak up right away! Second, the relaxing vibe was unfortunately disrupted towards the end. A guy sat next to me and started typing loudly on his laptop and making "mmm" noises before his massage even started. It woke me up and definitely killed the zen atmosphere. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 Stars is because the girl at the front desk is rude, cold, and abrasive!!!! It is the same girl at the front desk every time and she is always rude!!! This review is for the girl at the front desk. I finally decided to leave a review whenever I walk in or pay at the end, my experience was ALWAYS UNPLEASANT. Every time after I get a really nice massage treatment with Sunny (my amazing regular therapist), the whole experience is ruined because of the quite awful and rude woman at the desk. For example, today when I asked for tissues, she threw the box at me; on many occasions, she took another client even though I came first; she usually speaks in a rude manner, in general, without even looking the client, etc., etc. I live in the neighborhood and used to go to another Chinese massage shop right next to this place--sadly, my old therapist retired there. So I have started going to this place since they opened. I usually get 90 minute or 2 hour full body massage. I don't believe that I deserve this kind of rude and disrespectful treatment from the front desk girl. read more

The foot and back massages are stuuuuunnning! Super clean and they have these incredibly cushy recliners. Staff is friendly and they even gave us a free soda! No dark stairwells to climb, they are store front right off the sidewalk. Do it! You won't regret it! read more

They treat their workers very poorly. It was very stressful to witness and the massage was not relaxing as a result. There was a man in the front barking orders at the workers in a very aggressive tone. He wouldn't even let them get a drink of water (if they wanted) between clients. He insisted they start the next client immediately. He shoved a towel/timer in their face and yelled as they nervously went to the next client. Also, when working for tips, it's customary to allow a masseuse to give 30 ish extra seconds. The second the timer went off the guy was yelling at them to go to the next person. Humans should be able to take a break for water and the bathroom in between clients if they need. read more

I made it to my appointment early and was seated immediately. I was treated to an ice cold Diet Coke in a cozy chair while dipping my feet in a warm foot bath. Minutes later the masseuse got to work and kneaded every pressure point on my feet, calves and shins. I dozed off several times from being so relaxed. I went early afternoon it was empty so that was nice. Prices are affordable. I don't believe my feet rub was actually refloxology however it was really nice and it felt amazing. I sat on a massage chair for a back massage. Which is located by the coat rack now people are actually starting to come in (two other ladies) and hang up coats right next to me while getting a massage ) the guy messaging me coughs on me no mask not covering his mouth at all he literally coughed in my ear. He also stops the massage just for a moment as his telling the lady where to seat. Now the massage chair again very awkwardly placed the workers walking pass me right next to me talking right over (my head) me. Maybe so disrespectful because I am a dark skin women my opinion. Very disappointing also the guy giving me the massage spoke no english( I feel sometimes is more pretending not to speak english just my opinion) either way communication barrier is difficult. The young lady at the front desk was nice she transalated but I'm positive it was not verbatim. Funny i would be back only for feet massage. read more
