While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

Amazing group of professionals First, the initial consultation/assessment is extremely well done- Doug had prepared for my first appointment by knowing my current situation, had reviewed my xray and images ahead of time and got right to the assessment. Doug's in-depth knowledge of how to treat my joints, muscles, tissue and major spinal hardware and the interconnections with my knees, hips and back following my recent back surgery was impressive to say the least. He comes up with a personalized action plan and we jump right in and get to work. The staff was/is amazing - showing how to do exercises, walking me through the ways to protect my current physical limitations while also motivating me to feel my body 's reactions to the exercises. The variety of treatments (love the warming up with heat blankets/pads!), needling, compresses, stretches and exercises shows that this is not your typical Physical Therapy Clinic! They said they didn't hear the timer. This is was over staffed at the time and there were more clients than employees. I was really mad to fact that they didn't care. They were too busy talking amongst themselves or watching tv. They really don't care. I will never go back and will talk to my physician whom highly recommended this place. What a disappointment. Lack of senior staff that understands that people have other commitments and they should value my time and my health.

Foothills provided EXCELLENT rehab care for them at the time, starting in the early 2000s. My husband has used them multiple times for PT for bilateral knees, shoulders, his R elbow and hand injuries that he suffered as a police officer. Now that he is retired, we are planning for his next surgery (lol) and his PT will be done there as well. Personally, I have had multiple injuries that I needed rehab for (shoulders, knees, hip) over the years. I just hurt my right hip and had to rehab it for six weeks. I went from feeling very weak to feeling VERY STRONG in a very short time! I had Dr. Tori and Garrett as my primary PTs, but in observing the entire staff, I could use EVERY SINGLE PT here. Brook and Dr. Vince are impressive, and the PT assistants are as well! They print out the home exercises and they have an app they use that can even show you VIDEOS of how to do the exercises at home, in case you forget (like I did in early days). The front desk staff is kind, intelligent, and very efficient! I can check-in online and pay my copays before I even get there so I just walk in and sit and wait to be called by my PT. I give FOOTHILLS PT in South Chandler 10 out of 5 stars, and cannot recommend them enough. They have a combination of care, professionalism, and efficiency that is almost unheard of today. My employer explained that if the physical therapist is willing to fill out paperwork explaining that I need to miss a few hours of work a week to leave early and attend therapy they could clear me to end my shift early to go. Spooner stated they are NOT willing to do this. This gives me the impression that are willing to take your insurance and money but not willing to explain why you need help from pain or an injury.

There are no better therapists than Lindsey and her assistant Jillian to put you on the road to recovery. It's hard work to get your muscles working the right way. Lindsey develops the correct program and Jillian makes sure I do the exercises correctly. To be corrected and doing the exercises correctly, is very important to me. I always joke around, that I don't want to be mediocre, but exceptional, and Lindsey and Jillian make sure I achieve my goals. After a little more than 3 months of therapy, I'm 90% recovered, now it's up to me to continue to exercises at home. I can highly recommend Foothills Physical Therapy. Each time I saw him he asked me specifically how bad my pain was, where was it hurting, what activity was making it worse or better. I didn't just want to be healed, I wanted to know everything about my injury. I asked him a bazillion questions and he patiently and fully answered them all, and clearly enjoyed talking about his profession. He is an experienced professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I am virtually pain free now and he provided me with the knowledge and tools (exercises) to get me fully healed, in time. It appeared that all the therapists there are just as kind, caring and qualified as Jake. They all focused carefully on each of their patients like doting parents. The rest of staff there were wonderful as well (especially Keaton). They are all friendly, kind, caring and full of smiles. They genuinely love what they do, and it showed every time I went. I have excellent insurance that will pay for it and the young woman at the front counter demanded $120 up front before Services were rendered. I told her I had very good insurance and I don't need to be charged and then she insisted that is there policy. I could come in and be treated but they would bill me later I have never had this type of ridiculous interaction with any company that was in my Blue Cross Blue Shield Network I would not recommend this company to anyone I will be looking elsewhere I cannot comment on the physical therapist because I never saw one but the girl who greeted me at the front desk told me all I need to know about this business
