Great therapy, all staff fantastic! My go-to place for PT. Initially did 10 sessions for my lower back. Before Advanced PT: I wasn't able lift moderate gym weights and woke up with back pain every morning. Now: I'm lifting fairly heavy again (deadlifts, squats). And no back pain in morning. Yay! Also came here for my plantar fasciitis. It's 90% better and continuing to improve. My body is nearly back to normal. Met Dr. Jen at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club where she had a tent offering treatment for those who played in the pickleball tournament that was going on that day. I was dealing with a nagging shoulder impingement that wasn't quite improving despite laser therapy. I felt much needed relief after her treatment and decided to give their clinic a try. Dr. Myro was great and helped relieve the discomfort. Initially I wasn't able to lift my arm above shoulder level. This review is for mainly Dr. Owen since he did a trial therapy at F45 Hillcrest. It was also my first time doing a cupping therapy and it hurt a lot as we did a quick PT session. He was very friendly, told me and gave me some tips on how to stretch out my shoulders, especially since I work on a computer every day. I played softball for 12 years, jogged many marathons and now I'm an avid Pickleball player. For anybody that plays pickleball, they know doing overhead slams can send your shoulder into a tailspin. I've seen Dr Owen a few times for my pain. I had chronic shoulder pain for over a year a little while ago and Owen fixed me in only a couple sessions after having tried everything else (including PT somewhere else, acupuncture and chiropractic work).
