I have been going to Camelback for quite a few years now due to inconsistency in my own schedule (otherwise I probably could have prevented further damage and been better, quicker!) and every single time, it has helped me tremendously. This time around I have tried to really commit and keep a consistent schedule. The results have made a world of difference. When I came back to Camelback this year, I had numbness and tingling in my right foot, terrible pain in what felt like my tailbone that prevented me for sitting for long periods of time (which is hard for me because I work in a corporate office!), and excruciating neck pain due to issues in my neck as well. Since returning, the numbness in my foot has stopped, I can sit for extended periods of time without having to shift every 15 minutes, and I can look down at my phone without having awful pain in my lower neck. My quality of life has improved significantly just in my everyday tasks. I have had interactions with every single member of the staff there and each one is incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I brought my 17 yr old son there this year as well and he experienced about a 70-80 percent improvement as well (we both did Chiro & PT) since going. I spent almost 1 year of her horrific treatment before I finally listened to my friends and family and found a new doctor. Be prepared if you have an appointment with Dr. Hashim that your appointment will take at least 3 hours because she does EVERYTHING on her own, from checking you in, running your insurance, doing all of the nurse jobs, setting up another appointment etc. She has NO STAFF because nobody can work with her! So I did the only thing I was new call and ask where I needed to go and the first lady with an accident who answered told me it was indeed building B but that my appt was at 8am and I was already 39minutes late they have a 10min grace period and by the time I made it to the second floor I'd be past my time. In which I corrected her not in a mean way that my appt was at 8:30am not 8am because I had checked it numerous times and then she proceeded to then say regardless I was late and couldn't be seen anymore. Which obviously I was upset I didn't intentionally decide to be late but I work with patients everyday so I understood, although if it's a new patient in my office we would have still seen them as they tried to come in but got lost but would let them know next time we wouldn't be able to accommodate. Not the case here I thought in MY OPINION the women was rude and sounded condescending so I hung up. [which I know was very rude but she really got me mad] I called again to just speak to a manager to let them know I didn't agree with how she handled the phone call after I drove 45mins to get here a little bit of sympathy and understanding would go a long way BUT the second woman who answered I nicely explained that I wasn't asking to be seen as I know by now I'm way over my time but I just wanted to notify someone that I didn't like how the other woman handled my call and she too proceeded to tell me she was nearby and "heard" the call and what I'm saying she said "she didn't say that..." now why would I lie? After suffering multiple injuries from an accident I worked with Marc O'Neill to regain my strength and mobility. I was very impressed by Marc's body of knowledge and experience. He was able to not only treat my injuries, but also explain how the body works and how to best continue to care for myself so these injuries do not reoccur. Marc himself is an athlete and works as a coach outside of his practice where he trains and conditions athletes offering his expertise in kinesiology and also learning from the athletes. As a patient, I felt I was receiving care from someone who has made this his life's work and passion. I had no doubt the treatment and information I received was anything less than the best available because Marc has taken the time to study and learn, observe and practice exactly what the best treatment and care is. Had he not done that, I would've gotten my ROM back. Insurance dropped me because I "wasn't making progress". I fell into deep depression as I was an extreme athlete and now I'm a cripple with a cane.
