The on-demand water heater they installed is leaking and already needs to be replaced. I have had leaks in my kitchen sink twice that I have had to fix...Two different spots. One time I had standing water in my cabinet under the sink and the other time leaked into the basement. I currently have a leak in my shower that is leaking into my basement. The shower insert they installed was done incorrectly and had water flowing out of it and their fix was to use caulk, which shower inserts shouldn't need caulk. I would NEVER use this company again and I would suggest anyone considering using this company RUN AWAY!!!!! The only reason I'm giving this company a 1-star is because I can't give zero stars!!!!

Manufacturer replaced the hot water…read moreheater under warranty but Aire Serv wanted $1000 to install the new one - AFTER they had installed the old one incorrectly!! I called Dennis Moore Plumbing and Dennis knew immediately what had been done wrong after I sent pictures to him. He had one of his guys out to my house with the new heater within three days and installed properly in under 2 1/2 hours. Moore charged less than half what the other guys wanted for the install plus fixed two leaking toilets! I've used Moore plumbing for toilet installations and other plumbing problems as well. They KNOW what they are doing and how to install/and or fix things properly - AND they won't over charge you!! Great group of guys. Clean, friendly, intelligent and efficient. Don't call the big shops, call Moore Plumbing!

Absolutely THE WORST HVAC company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was ripped off…read moreby EX-CEO Matt on two different locations, Mine and my fathers. First I paid for a new Furnace, AC unit, and tankless water heater. After the install I found out instead of installing the SER 16.2 I paid for they installed a 15.4 instead at my house. Both my father and I were told we had sign up for the service contract and that they would service our equipment for free. In the beginning it seemed like a great deal. I also had my water main break and that was all this initial call was for. I was able to fix the main break on my own and did not need the service. It took Whitney so long that they had already installed the AC and furnace but not fixed the water. When I told Matt I didn't need he stated he had all his profit wrapped in that portion and that I would need to pay another 4k... My father had an AC and Furnace. They did not give him the de-humidifier he paid for because the install tech had a dull drill bit and inadequate tools, it took him 4+ hours to drill through the wall. My father offered a better bit and drill, the employee refused. SO he did not get what he paid for either. Fast forward to the after the first winter and my fathers AC is not working. WHiteny comes out and tells him he has a leak, service plan expired (even though they never came out for wither of us) and he would need to pay them. He then called the office and spoke with the office manager who stated he would not have to pay. Later I call I have to my service completed that I paid for at install (more than $4350 after the additional extorted $4000. ) just to find out my service plan expired and I also will need to pay after they completed the service, not before. I call the manager explain the situation let them know I am not going to pay, they say that's totally understandable, the AC unit should not be leaking when barely a year old. THIS WHOLE TIME THEY BILL ME FOR EVERYTHING. My dads service, mine, just everything. I call ask them for the 10th time to straighten out our accounts, explained again the entire situation to Margot. She says she will fix it, and talk with the higher ups and get this resolved. Instead she then Billed my father for services from MY house and his house! This company is hot pile of crap and is the biggest mess I have ever seen. If they continue to harass us over their fraudulent charges and business practices, we will see them in court. You sold me a 16.2 and installed a 15.4 thinking you were slick. You lied about your service plan, and over charges customers because your employees had poor tolls and improper equipment (Install tech tried to drill through a 12" wall with a dull bit and dead right angle battery drill). My father and I expect an apology. Thank you.
