The job turned out to be a bit unusual, the blockage ended up being over 100' away and across the street in the neighbors yard. Steve is a real professional who takes pride in his work and he stuck with the problem until he finally broke it free. This plumbing company did an amazing job for me this week. I called when I saw that my water bill had doubled since last month and I kept feeling a scorching hot spot on under the tile in the bathroom. Stephen came out the next day right on time and did a very thorough inspection. He was pretty sure I had a slab leak and he told me I needed a water leak detection done. Within the hour a water leak detection was done and we knew exactly where the leak was. Stephen gave me a flat rate to fix the leak and the job was done by that evening! David responded to initial request within minutes, and was able to come to my house the same day. I had a inoperative garbage disposal, but he also identified an illegal plumbing installation. He went off to Home Depot to purchase all needed parts & put in a new disposal and corrected the wrong plumbing. My dishwasher now works like it should! YAH! What an awesome company! My tenant called me on a Saturday afternoon saying she couldn't use her kitchen sink because it was leaking badly and flooding the cabinets out!
