When I said my legal rights under the Landlord Tenant Code allow me 15 days to think about it, they retaliated against me by rescinding their offer to renew my lease at all. While I was a tenant, I had to do all of my own repairs as they would not send out people to repair anything in a timely fashion. Once, the light fixture fell out of my ceiling, I reported it, and it took them over a month to put it back in. The fixture was just hanging by wires that whole time - a total fire hazard! I called multiple times but they just said they'd get to it. I've never been treated so poorly in my life; STAY AWAY!
