I called him and he started out by yelling at me and told me if I didn't like it then terminate my agreement. In addition, he didn't require the applicant to include everyone living in the house to be on the lease. I changed property management companies and he refused to give the tenant their deposit back. He was also emailing me from one of the email address and it kept coming back invalid when I responded. I was hesitant about working with this company initially but decided to move forward and that was a big mistake.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had up to date appliances. Our balcony off the second bedroom was our favorite part! When we had problems with our water running in the toilets they would not fix the running water issue throughout the whole building resulting in a $180 water bill. They also did not take any responsibility for this issue when we contacted them about it multiple times. They also got roomates car towed.
