My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. A slipshod front posing as a legitimate business. I was also fraud by their technique of being charged along with the tenants for work on the property. What's worse is they hire woefully unqualified people to do work and or repairs, and when there is damage, their claim is doing me a favor and can't be held responsible. I'm aware of all the people who work or had worked in this office: michael (no longer works there), Shannon and Nicole. They seem to use this technique of double dipping (charging the tenants and the landlord) they are full of excuses for their bad behavior, and I believe, full of s@it as well.
