Julie has been my Dr for quite a while. I am happy to be under her care, as she listens and makes sure that you are doing fine, she takes the time to make sure that the medications are working well for you. If by any chance you are having signs of side effects of the medications you are currently taking, she will take that seriously and will work with you to adjust and find the right dose's that will work for you. I paid $250 and waited 2 weeks for my appointment to find out the psychiatrist was not able to help me as promised before. This is a numbers game and it's all about money. Update to my previous review: this company has a level of audacity I can't believe. After leaving my reviews on yelp and Google I got a phone call from someone named Morgan telling me he was going to help me with my paperwork. He harassed me with two separate phone calls even though I told him I was busy. He wanted me to send him the paperwork they wouldn't fill out in the first place even though I had sent it back in May when they tried to charge me (for a second time) $300. So I sent it over today and his response was to send me a response asking me to pay $100 to have it filled out. they literally make your mental health issues worse. Why would I pay you $100 to do something for me that's part of my treatment? I stand by my original zero stars if I could review. This company should be shut down. I'd give zero stars if I could. This review is for the company, not my provider. This company is the worst mental health company I have ever encountered. I had to take a leave of absence due to my condition and this company tried to charge me over $500 to fill out my paperwork. And this just added to the stress I had and made my condition worse. When I called them to try to get help their customer service supervisor told me he didn't know the words in English to assist me and none of the other representatives could help me. They clearly use an overseas customer service company, which shouldn't be an issue at all, but if you don't know English enough to help me then it's a problem. They will also lie to you and tell you they are in Folsom when they clearly aren't. They will nickel and dime you for every single thing. I could not be more appalled that this company is in the mental health business when they seem to just make peoples mental health worse for them. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Do not go here if you have any other option. There are some good providers and therapists here, but the problem is the owner/MD and the way the office is run. They squeeze every little penny out of you. Like charging $50 for a copy of your medical record or charging $10 to do any kind of paperwork. They charged me that fee to fax something to my insurance. They also make you do blood tests regularly, and if you decline they can't prescribe. Now they've hired an overseas answering service for all their phones and the people there only know very basic English. I called a couple weeks ago to ask them to get the lab orders from my chart and fax them to the lab I was at. I spoke to three different people and none of them understood what I was talking about. They kept offering to give me the office fax number lol. You gotta laugh. But I hope you don't gotta go here. Because it will be endless frustration. read more
