I had my services with an unbelievable human being that went there extra mile ensure they battery service i requested was met advice and being expectations. Below is what i wrote for PRO TOWING ABOUT THE SERVICE... Excellent service most of the time; today, however, was extra special with a "battery-service" call through AAA. The service guy, SHARIF SAID was amazing. The requested service was not only fulfilled with great enthusiasm but with well-intended effort to ensure satisfaction of his personal service was experienced. It was a great joy and Ives me thrill to endorse SHARIF for active needing help. I tried to give him incentive / tip for his work and he would not take it. He immediately noticed as he tried to plug the jumper cable that the red/positive battery connector was the concern. It didn't cooperate when he tried to tighten it. He went beyond that and looked hot alternative solution outside the box to ensure it gets tighten and I'm able to take it for recommended replacement of said connector. I highly recommend SHARIF for anyone looking for service. Truly the value of the menders was met with great enthusiasm and care!!! Thank you SHARIF

In short: -- Unorganized: Though I had been with Palm Trinity for several years, each year I renewed, everyone was still confused about how my previous insurance was paid. Last year, they almost processed payment through my ACH and not through my lender like they were supposed to. -- No customer service & account management: I always had 4 different people at Palm Trinity reach out to me during a renewal period, and it felt like no one was speaking to each other because they all kept asking me the same thing. There was 1 representative who seemed competent and had knowledge about my account - but I had to call her several times and leave multiple voicemails to even get a hold of her. -- Palm Trinity let my insurance lapse even though I signed all the paperwork on time and was assured that everything was in order.
