It's a whole body chamber as opposed to one that you stand in while keeping your head out. Why this is important to me. My neck has a lot of tension and inflammation causing migraines. Being able to go into a whole body chamber allows me to get my neck as well. They give you head phones and let you pick a song. This helped by taking my attention off of the cold. I just danced in the chamber. The 3 minutes was over in no time. Now for the location. It is a little difficult to find. Here is why. It's inside a Chiro office. Even though it's technically a separate business. While all of the other businesses in the park have their name displayed on the sign close to the street and a big sign above their door.
