I had him out for simple job to raise the slope on a patio cover. 1st his 2 guys didn't dig up the post that were there , they flush cut them and left the stump. So the new post were put in off center and not properly attached. When they set the post, they used some small dumbbell weights instead of concrete. When finished, the cover he was supposed to raise was actually lowered by almost 4 inches. He stained them in place on my new flagstone. Ruined several stones with stain I can't clean . Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.
