I've been going to REACH since March of this year. At first, things were good. I spoke with the…read moredoctor I'd be working with and we set up a plan for timed intercourse with the aid of medicine End the trigger shot. I saw "my" doctor ONCE for a transvaginal ultra sound and only spoke with them again 1 more time. Every other time I've been back in for a transvaginal ultra sound and blood work I've had someone different. This really wouldn't be an issue if I didn't have to re-explain WHY I was there every. single. time. Do the doctors on duty that morning not get charts? Do you not review them prior to entering the room? The last time I went, I had a Nurse Practitioner do the ultra sound. She clearly had NO idea what she was doing, not to mention she was ALONE in the room and again, had no idea why I was there. The estimations office sent me two separate bills for two separate plans. If I hadn't looked carefully at the bill, I wouldn't have noticed. Seems a bit scammy to me. Not to mention that my insurance has paid everything in full, so why do I need to paid any money to REACH out of pocket? The icing on the cake came this week. Last Tuesday they scheduled me for an ultrasound and blood work without checking to see if I was available. I chalked that up to them basing it off of the medicine cycle I was taking. I drove down this morning to the office, only to find out they scheduled me for the other office. Again, without telling me. When I tried to call the office and connect to the "urgent" line, I was told to just leave a voicemail with the reassurance that someone who check that Don send give me call back... so I started driving back home. I finally get a call from the office. They're asking where I am and why I missed the appointment. They had NOT checked the voicemail in fact. I genuinely believe that there are good people who work for REACH. However, the professionalism of the company as a whole astounds me. You're taking advantage of women who are already in a very vulnerable state. You should be ashamed.

We went to the establishment in hopes of being able to go through in Invetro. We went through all…read morethe tests, ex rays, ultra sounds, doctors consultations, and loan requirements. We secured the first loan and went through the whole process, had very good embryos to implant and lost all 7. Reach advised us to go through another round of invetro, saying we were approved by the loan department and we went back through another round, had another set of VERY good embryo's and had them implanted and lost them all again. After being through this twice and losing all of the embryo's, my wife was mentally exhausted we decided to take a break. The loan department then called us and informed us we had NOT been approved for the loan and the balance was due in full for the second round. We have been dealing with a secondary collection company due to Reach informing us we had been approved when we had not. Now 6 months AFTER going through 2 rounds of Invetro on their doctors advice, a second doctor {second opinion} read off my wife 1st Xray/ultrasound that she had SEVERE fibroid s and would NEVER be able to carry a child with them in her uterus. Six months after that my wife has had to have a hysterectomy and the doctor explained my wife had so many fibroids her uterus was 3 times the size of a normal uterus. Reach advised us KNOWING she would not be able to carry a child to go through 2 rounds of Invetro at $50,000. I would NOT trust them to do ANYTHING and I am only posting this to help protect the next person. I am stuck with a bill from a company that assured me we had been approved. This has caused a financial burden on top of the mental anguish my wife has went through, with NO ONE from reach seeming to care to do the right thing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!....

I was told that the myoma was too large too remove laproscopically. These were all LIES. A year later I began having horrible pain. I contacted him and he swore it could not be his surgery. I requested appointments and he kept cancelling them and pushing them out. He was intentionally pushing it to pass the 2 year statue of limitations. Later on I discovered he had punctured my intestines during the laparoscopy and was the true reason for the change in plan and my pain. he is DECEITFUL and will put patients´ well being at risk to save his own skin. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!!

This led me to set up a consultation with Dr. Yalcinkaya at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston Salem, NC. I was very impressed with his expertise but more importantly, the time energy and caring he offers his patients. I switched clinics to do my third IVF with Dr. Yalcinkaya and we were successful! :) It was a great experience with a knowledgeable doctor, can caring nurses / support staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Yalcinkaya and Wake Forest Baptist Health for fertility treatments. Dr. Yalcinkaya is an excellent reproductive endocrinologist.

First let me start with the mammogram. The woman who had been doing the mammograms for years was no longer there. SHe was so gentle and it hardly hurt at all. Well yesterday, it hurt like hell. And I have a high pain tolerance. After I completed the mammogram, I waited to be called back for the doctor. The nurse who called me back was not very friendly. after she took my blood pressure, weight, etc, she took me to another waiting room. And I waited for at least 30 minutes. After I was finally taken into the exam rooms, I waited in the there for close to an our for Dr. Folgeman. I understand that they are short staffed and she apologized. BUT I wish I had been updated prior to the appointment that the wait would be longer than normal. PLUS I was charged an additional office visit because I had questions about by menopause symptoms/issues. Again, Dr. Fogleman was nice enough and did her best in the short amount of time she was actually able to spend with me but it just seems as if something deeper is going on with this practice.

If I could give 0 stars - that would be my rating. I am sharing concerns about my experience,…read moreparticularly regarding organization, communication, and coordination of care during 2 IVF cycles in both December of 2025 and March 2026. Throughout my treatment, there were repeated breakdowns that made an already stressful process significantly more difficult. I experienced delays in receiving results on multiple occasions, including instances where results had been available for several days before being communicated to me. This has happened more than once. Additionally, I was contacted by different nurses regarding the same results, without awareness that the information had already been shared. This repeated lack of internal coordination has been frustrating and has me questioning my decision to choose them as my provider. During my second egg retrieval cycle, a change in my protocol was not communicated to me in advance, which left us completely confused on the day of the procedure. While the doctor did apologize--and I do appreciate that acknowledgment--the situation created unnecessary stress and has impacted my overall trust in the process and care team. I was also troubled by a recent interaction in which it was stated that we had already gone over the "most likely results," suggesting that further discussion was unnecessary. Given the complexity and emotional weight of fertility treatment, that response felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of communication and support I expected. I entered this process fully aware of my prognosis and realistic about potential outcomes. However, I did not expect that to influence the level of communication, coordination, or attentiveness in my care. Unfortunately, my experience has left me with severe regret over choosing them as my clinic. Clear, timely, and coordinated communication is critical in a delicate process like IVF.
