She did a good job with the massage, and she asked me if I wanted oil in my hair. I said no, but you can do the massage without oil. She said no, she can't do the massage without oil. No head massage without oil. I don't understand that either. She used tools on my Head and gave me a nice massage on my face and décolletage. I go to a lot of spas, and this one is among the worst for customer service.
