Due to the lateness, the aesthetician should have kindly apologized and let us know that she was still with a customer and would be doing our service soon. This time, it was not a good experience. I felt uncomfortable, and she was not friendly enough to get me in relax mode. In the future, I will stick with making my appointment with Danielle. The good thing is they did give a $10 credit. The Pearland Pkwy one can sometimes be a tad bit too rowdy/busy for me. I went to this location early on a Tuesday and they were able to assist me right away. Not sure how busy they get on weekends. Omg! Tiffany did such an amazing job on my Mani/pedi. The heels of my feet are super smooth and she matched my toenail color perfectly to my fingernails. While we're on the topic of perfection, my nails are exactly just that. So pretty and I cannot stop staring at them. Not to mention Tiffany was super pleasant, calm, relaxing, helpful and just overall wonderful. We didn't talk much but just enough, which I like and appreciate.
