ASCT delivered a perfect solution to a problem I had been trying to resolve for years .. a room that overheated in the summer from the sun coming through the glass windows. Installing air-conditioning was not an option for many practical reasons plus we didn't want the ongoing noise, cost and maintenance overheads. Dramatically reducing the ambient heat in the room (caused by the sun) was achieved by adding a transparent Panorama Hilite tint on the inside of the glass of the windows. They provided the best service from start to finish, taking as much time as I needed to choose the right film for the glass and very professional and accommodating when on site. We have a large window in our stairway that was bringing in a lot of heat due to direct sunlight hitting it. We got a quote from Bruce and was able to schedule the window tinting service right away. THESE GUYS DO A GREAT JOB!!!! Bruce has as mobile tinting service. We had a broken window and a short time frame to get the window repair and tinting completed before hosting a big party. Bruce and his assistant showed up on time and put in at least an hour and a half's work. We actually had them replace the tint on two other windows. We had Advanced Solar Control Tinting do doors and windows of our studio apartment that was inhumanely hot. While the tint didn't make the room cold, it definitely cut the heat by 10+ degrees (which made it tolerable). The guys were very clean and quick. We contemplated doing our own tinting/film, however all the reviews for the product said the process was tricky "but, you get the hang of it after 5 or 6 windows". Ugh. We only had that many windows to be done, so we'd make a mess. So, we decided to save money in the long run by just calling a professional. So glad we did. read more

I had tinting and shades installed in my office five years ago and one of the shades just fell down on my assistant. It really hurt her. There was only one small screw holding the bracket that supported the shade. I called to ask if anyone could come out and reinstall the bracket and I was told that they would call me back.
