As the office manager, i thought I had exhausted all the affordable options to cool our upstairs workspace. Initially I was pricing out A/C splits and portable ACs ( which need to vent heat) and evaporative coolers which need open windows. None of these were good fits for the office. The owner contacted me and offered solutions. We have decided to live with them as is but he did try. I respect this in a business.

I was offered by Ken an affordable price to have blinds to be put into my house. He told me once we agreed with the contract we will have our blinds within 2-3 weeks. So I gave him half of the payment which he happily took. Long story short we did not get our blinds till 7 weeks afterwards. If you offer a service in a certain time frame, I expect the service to be done in that time frame, or have better customer service and let your customer know what is going on. I would of rather gone with 3 day blinds which is a little more expensive, but still affordable, and they would of done a quicker job. Otherwise the blinds are good and the team that came out to put up the blinds were good I usually never do these reviews but I have to let other people know how we were treated as customers. read more

What a joy - I called the owner, KEN, on a busy Saturday and given my situation (guest staying in a room where the blinds had all started to dysfunction - allowing the sun to stream in at the crack of dawn) - he literally re-worked his schedule to ensure he could come by to see how he might help short-term, while also giving me an estimate on replacing the entire installation... As we were preparing to move into our new house after some updates, we got word that the blinds for our kids' rooms (ordered through another company) had an issue with the shipment and would be another ~6 weeks or so.
