We got quotes from a few companies and Robert was the most fair right off the bat with no haggling and back and forth. We were deciding between wood or composite white plantation style shutters and went with SeaBreeze because of him. He arrived early, was very professional in his measurements and explanation of the quality of the composite Norman shutters that offer. We loved that there was a lifetime warranty and they wouldn't fade or chip like painted wood ones could . We couldn't be more pleased with the finish product. They are elegant clean and beautiful. I just had my shutters installed and they are absolutely beautiful. Daniel and Robert were so professional, friendly and helpful. I wanted the shutters that did not have the center rod and they are perfect. I have two windows facing east and I can set the louvers so the sun doesn't glare off of my furniture, but I still get light. I have one west facing window that looks out onto a beautiful hill with trees and flowers. I can angle the shutter so that I can see all of this beauty and still have my privacy from the sidewalk below! Fantastic Customer Service and good Pricing from Sea Breeze. Daniel the owner comes out after you decide to use them to remeasure. Mary was the sales rep who assisted us in the quote and choices of window covering. She knew her stuff. Daniel measured everything and after a few weeks when delivered we had an issue with one of the shades being damaged by supplier and Daniel replaced it for us and also threw in a new shade in another room that was old and where the wand broke off for no charge since we replaced most of out other windows with their shades. We also got a slider black out shade that opens from side to side that did not look good and Daniel is replacing at no charge to an up and down shade to look the same as the other windows he did for us in the room. That is excellent customer service and I strongly recommend using SeaBreeze for any window covering needed in your house.
