This is place is unbelievable!! Their billing practices are borderline fraudulent!!! They tried to double, triple charge my insurance company. Just to see what they can get away with. My wife and I went here between 2020 and early 2021. I have an HSA insurance so needless to say I have a large up front deductible. Instead of coding for the one treatment a day they tried to charge us different for every thing we did. Back adjustment - one charge, lay down on the message machine - another charge ect... Needless to say the insurance company doesn't agree and sees each charge as a different visit. So we ended up using up all our visits in a short amount of time. We call them out on this practice and after several months of going over the bill, item by item, we came to an agreement and settled up. They said they would "try" and do things different going forward with their billing practices. --BUYER BEWARE-- To make matters worse their billing dept/company made several mistakes during my time there. At one point they "accidentally" sent out bills for already paid for visits. The unscrupulous owner and billing company do not reflect the Chiropractors or their assistances. But with so many good Chiropractic offices in Vegas, why deal with this crap! Update May 2022. After posting my review, I am now be threatened by their lawyer for defamation. This just shows the true character of the owner. If you write something bad about them, they threaten you. Wonder why you don't see too many bad reviews of this place?

At appointment on Thursday I was told they were closing on Friday. No advance notice, no direction on what to do. Very unprofessional.

It basically means the arthritis has grown to a point where it is severaly pinching his spinal cord. Over the past 9 months when he was first diagnosed (we had to take care of other medical issues during this time - reason for the delay) he has severely worsened. We were advised by the surgeon that we needed to go to pt and pain management before surgery. This was mainly to prove that he has no other treatment option other than surgery. Since it is now 8 months since the diagnosis he has gotten to a point where he cannot walk far at all without severe pain and numbness in his legs, causing fear of falling. 8 months ago he could go to town shopping on his own - walk around the store and come home. By the time he got home he would be in pain but then would sit down and recover. At this clinic, he was "evaluated" by Jeff Hill, one of the 3 people who RUN ALL THE KELLY HAWKINS CLINICS and is listed as OWNER of this one in Vegas. Jeff kept insisting that my father, who is at a level 8 on pain with hydrocodone pills every 6 hours, could benefit from physical therapy. He stated that my father's possibility of rehab after surgery is POOR... obviously this man didn't know my father had heart surgery 2 years ago and the surgeon told him he recovered better than some 60 year olds who went through a valve replacement, and 3 bypasses!!! He diligently did his reha after with a home care nurse and recovered wonderfully!!!!! Even before his heart surgery the surgeon told him he is healthy as can be, just not the heart... OPEN HEART SURGERY...on an 83 year old... and my Dad easily recovered with his post rehab.....This Jeff guy just makes assumptions not knowing details and doesn't seem to care. Even the surgeon 8 months prior said surgery was the only way to CURE his problem. So Jeff would rather my father be in pain, worsening his stenosis by prolonging surgery, than agree that PT wasn't the answer. I agree with physical therapy 100% in many cases as I have gone after several surgeries (never to Kelly Hawkins). But in this case it doesn't take a rocket sientist to know that when a man can hardly walk, stand or sit because of the SPINAL CORD PAIN AND NUMBNESS, that PT is NOT the answer. His eval suggested 1 month of treatment for my father. Idiotic. PLUS he said that we told him "we are only here for the insurance." THAT is NOT what I specifically said, it's a lie and not what I meant - my father is on Medicare with a secondary insurance. All this man wanted was to get money into his clinic by trying to force someone into therapy when it would only make him worse. Spinal Stenosis can get so bad as to paralyze a person and make them use a wheelchair.. this guy didn't care - it was his ego and his clinic raking in more money that mattered most to him. Stay clear from this egotistical jerk!

Both of these therapists received their advanced graduate degrees in PT at the University of Southern California. I am a late-70s female, lifelong athlete and musician who has no intention of sitting around. About Jeff Dietrich: Jeff's technical expertise and advanced knowledge of spine rehabilitation are world-class. I say this because he is the 5th physical therapist I have seen in the 7 years, and the only one who was able to use multiple approaches to solve my pain issues and relearn proper body mechanics--without steroid injections or surgery. On a personal level, he is meticulously focused on the patient's needs and observant of their personal goals. Jeff is also an excellent listener and teacher with the emotional intelligence to motivate anyone willing to commit to the consistent work of physical therapy. I am very grateful that my physician, William Rosenberg, M.D., referred me to JD for rehab. Not only is the staff friendly and efficient, but now I can again participate in the physical activities that bring me joy, without the pain. Big "thanks" to all!

I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

We went to a different office previously and we wished we would've started here. From the staff to Dr. Ong himself, what a difference from the other office! I will share our experience so hopefully I save someone else some hassle. I will update this review with his knee surgery results periodically. Any negative reviews I saw about this office, were about the doctor's bedside manner. We actually LOVED his straightforward bedside manner. We aren't here to find a bestie. We need a knowledgeable doctor that knows his stuff, who will perform a detailed surgery with incredible results. Upon leaving our first visit with Dr. Ong, my husband expressed how much more confidence he has with Dr. Ong than he ever felt with the other doctor. He didn't get the car salesman feel like we did at the other office. We didn't feel like just a number ( or just a dollar sign $$$) but we actually felt this office cared. My husband has a complete ACL tear among other knee tears. His work won't let him go back to work until he gets his knee repaired - which would be great IF he was getting paid. His FMLA only saves his job for 3 months. Trying the other office first, they wasted FIVE WEEKS of his recovery time with only an MRI to show from it. Next I will compare Dr. Ong's office with Advanced Orthopedics. ONG'S OFFICE: You call- and just imagine, someone answers! OTHER OFFICE: Waiting on hold for 30 minutes before you go to voicemail OR worse yet, waiting on hold 30 minutes before they hang up on you so you have to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. ONG'S OFFICE: He listens to what happened to cause your injury, answers your questions and then gets down to business. He does a thorough exam, explains your findings while showing your MRI imaging and uses a knee model to give a detailed explanation of what's wrong and what needs to be done. OTHER OFFICE: You see two other trainees before you see the doctor. The doctor comes in, tells a joke. Touches your knee and stays they'll start working on prior authorization. ONG'S OFFICE: "We'll have this request in by tomorrow. My name is Myra if you have any questions..." OTHER OFFICE: "It's not turned in yet. We'll get that done within the next 7-10 business days for a prior authorization request." ONG'S OFFICE: "Where would you like your FMLA paperwork sent to? I can CC you on it as well." OTHER OFFICE: "Your FMLA paperwork will be completed in 7-10 days. We don't email paperwork. You'll have to come pick it up."

Made another appt, and mind you my co-pays are $55.00 each visit. 2nd appt, he gave me a different type of injection. That too didn't help too well, but a little. I'm 67, and knowing I need a replacement, as he told me last visit that's the ONLY thing that will really help me, I made a 3rd appt to get it going for the surgery. MY MOUTH FELL TO THE FLOOR WHEN HE TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAIT 3 MONTHS AFTER INJECTIONS TO GET THE SURGERY! He never..ever told me this! I was now off work on disability. I started to tear up a little, I was shocked he didn't tell me. I told him, you never told me this!! His reply was...It's pretty standard knowledge. Well...obviously not as I didn't know! Asked him what am I supposed to do now, I'm off work. He then just shrugged his shoulders, saying..I don't know. Shrug your shoulders??? How unprofessional can you get? As I'm now twiddling my thumbs for 3 months, I found a different Dr, but after 3 months are up, I'm not getting and type of disability payments from my work for 30 days, then my long term disability kicks in. 30 days with no pay!!! I can't afford that. But I'm stuck!! Had he told me before he gave me those injections, that I would have to wait 3 months, i would not have had the injections, because my main reason for seeing him was to get the surgery over with, as I'm not getting any younger!! He doesnt take the time to educate or inform his patients about anything! Didn't say if I should stay off my knee, do I walk, do exercises, use ice, use heat...maybe physical therapy. Nothing!!! Just prescribed me medication. Horrible on giving us the time we deserve and tell us what the hell is going on!! Now I get an email from his office as he's no longer in practice. I wonder why. Very fishy practice...

Second, I really need all medical professionals to understand that more than one person can have the same or similar name. If you are not competent enough to understand that two people can have the same name, you are not competent enough to render medical care. I am aware that someone who is 20+ years my senior has my name. And I am aware that this person has been in and out of jail since 1982 for drug-related crimes. I wasnt even born in 1982. Whats weird is that you cant figure out the 20 year gap in the charts. I would think age is important to medical diagnosis, but clearly it doesnt impact the medical advice provided here. I need you to try very, very hard to understand this. Because gossiping outside the door of a place I've never been (and am only here because of a referral from an ER) about how I'm a repeat flyer is unprofessional and, likely, unethical. I really hope that each of you are treated the same way you treated me in a similar situation. If it is too difficult for the nurses and doctors to see different medical history, birthdays, and middle names in the chart and reach the conclusion themselves that more than one person can have the same name; I am seriously concerned about what else is missing from their basic common sense, reading comprehension, and logic skills. I do not want treated by anyone who cannot figure this out on their own without prompting.

Horrible cumbersome technology as well. 1) After reading about possible solutions to physical problems with your joints, it is apparent they are going to do the bare minimum in order to keep a low risk management profile. The lawyers run this place, not the doctors. 2) They want you to check in ahead of time via internet. Ok fine. But instead of a questionnaire where you check a box about cancer, diabetes, etc and hit submit at the end (like MOST doctors), you have to answer each question individually with a slow tedious dropdown with lots of clicks and processing time in between. Prepare to spend 45 mins. Again, its all about legal risk management for them. 3) They have more questions than the average doctor and frankly most of them are not relevant to your condition. Risk management. 4) They require you fill out the same tedious questionnaire and upload your insurance and driver's license EACH VISIT. I repeat EACH VISIT, even it if was just a week ago. Most doctors just want you to verify your contact information and emergency contact. Not them. 5) Additionally, they want you to show up 30 MINS BEFORE the appointment to "CHECK IN", even if you have already done with their tedious website and were there a week earlier. ***THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU OTHERWISE***. 6) So you get there and check in 30 mins early, but they make YOU wait at least 30 mins past the appointment before they call you back. So a full hour of doing nothing. And then you will wait another 15 mins before the doctor finally shows up. 7) They will NOT see you for more than one condition per visit. If you have a problem with your knee and your shoulder, they require you make separate visits with the long check in process despite the burden on the patient. TONEDEAF.

Unfortunately, my experience today completely changed my opinion. I have a plantar fibroma on the bottom of my left foot that has grown significantly and is now causing considerable pain while walking and even while sleeping. In the past, I received injections, but they were extremely painful and were no longer providing relief. Because of that, we previously discussed the possibility of surgery. During a previous visit, I was told that an MRI was needed before determining whether the fibroma could be surgically removed. My understanding from that conversation was that the MRI would help determine whether the fibroma was attached to the plantar fascia and whether surgery would be an appropriate option. I was unable to complete the MRI at that time because of financial circumstances. When I was finally ready to move forward, I scheduled it, but I was informed that the order had expired and that I needed to see the doctor again before a new order could be issued. That was the entire purpose of today's appointment. When he asked whether I had completed the MRI, I attempted to explain why I had not. Instead of allowing me to fully explain my circumstances, I felt that he repeatedly talked over me, called me "noncompliant," accused me of making excuses, questioned whether I was a surgical candidate, and ultimately told me that I should find another doctor to treat this problem. What made the interaction even more frustrating was receiving information today that seemed inconsistent with what I had previously been told regarding surgery. Today, he indicated that he does not perform surgery on these types of fibromas, which left me confused because our previous discussions were specifically about obtaining an MRI to determine whether mine could be surgically removed. If surgery was no longer something he was willing or able to perform, I would have appreciated having that explained to me clearly and respectfully. Instead, the conversation focused heavily on labeling me "noncompliant" and accusing me of making excuses. I understand that physicians make recommendations and that treatment plans can change based on medical circumstances. However, patients also have the right to make decisions regarding when they are financially and personally prepared to proceed with non-emergency testing or treatment. I did not continue returning for injections because I had already explained that they were painful and ineffective for me. My intention was to return when I was ready to complete the MRI and seriously pursue surgery--which is exactly what I was attempting to do. What upset me most was the lack of compassion and consideration for my circumstances. I did not feel heard. I felt dismissed and judged rather than treated like a patient who was trying to move forward with her care. I walked into the office expecting a routine follow-up and a renewed MRI order. I walked out feeling humiliated, extremely angry, and in tears after being told that perhaps I should find another physician. That was particularly disappointing because my previous experiences with this doctor had been positive. I never expected to be treated this way. Patients deserve clear and consistent communication about their treatment options, and they deserve to be spoken to respectfully even when a physician disagrees with their decisions or timeline. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received either during today's appointment, and this experience has changed how I feel about continuing my care with this physician.
