At appointment on Thursday I was told they were closing on Friday. No advance notice, no direction on what to do. Very unprofessional.

Was trying to get to the appointment a bit earlier but ended up being about 12 minutes late (mix of work issues and construction on the route). When I got there they said I would have to reschedule since I couldn't do the forms and the appointment within a 40 minute time frame. They aren't open anytime on the weekends and I took time off work to try to get some help with a pretty serious injury. The Valley View office has my heart and I've frequented four different locations. This company is awesome and their approach to healing and improving posture/mobility has honestly saved my life. All staff are personable and professional, they Listen To Patients™ and actually answer questions or adjust their treatment based on feedback. Idk why that feels revolutionary for a medical treatment, but it is in my experience. I've been seeing chiropractors for the last 15 years and I've never, up until this practice, had such thorough diagnosis and comprehensive, truly effective care treatments prescribed. Let me know when your insurance woman doesn't work there and I might be a returning client for chiropractic services. The chiropractor is great. He's very professional. And maybe I'll use the physical therapy service if I can have a female physical therapist or therapist assistant. The physical therapy assistant does a much better job at getting the kinks out than the male physical therapist and she's very professional, even when she has to get close. I've never had an appointment with the female physical therapist but it's uncomfortable with their male physical therapist. He puts his body too close to mine unnecessarily and doesn't even use that closeness for therapeutic purposes. This is place is unbelievable!! Their billing practices are borderline fraudulent!!! They tried to double, triple charge my insurance company. Just to see what they can get away with. My wife and I went here between 2020 and early 2021. I have an HSA insurance so needless to say I have a large up front deductible. Instead of coding for the one treatment a day they tried to charge us different for every thing we did. Back adjustment - one charge, lay down on the message machine - another charge ect... Needless to say the insurance company doesn't agree and sees each charge as a different visit. So we ended up using up all our visits in a short amount of time. We call them out on this practice and after several months of going over the bill, item by item, we came to an agreement and settled up. They said they would "try" and do things different going forward with their billing practices. --BUYER BEWARE-- To make matters worse their billing dept/company made several mistakes during my time there. At one point they "accidentally" sent out bills for already paid for visits. The unscrupulous owner and billing company do not reflect the Chiropractors or their assistances. But with so many good Chiropractic offices in Vegas, why deal with this crap! Update May 2022. After posting my review, I am now be threatened by their lawyer for defamation. The 2 people at the front desk LACKED ANY EMOTION when telling me when I walked in. I cannot compliment this place enough! I have been treated by doctors since 2021 for Ankylosing Spondylitis and their only treatment, has been medication that is harmful to my body. I experience extreme pain on a daily basis, I have gone to physical therapy and chiropractic, however no one knows how to treat me as they have never worked with "AS" before. My doctors say I will be in a wheelchair soon, as this disease fuses the spine and joints together. I came to ASP as a last resort and not really sure if they could help me as this is a progressive disease. Since I have been coming here, I can't believe how much this program is helping me! From Trey (Chiropractor), Ranee' (MD) injections, multiple machines, Assistants Vince and Nina (others), Admin (Mary Jane), cute front desk girl, to more treatment I haven't gotten to yet. I am moving around better, less pain and for the first time hope! I use a walker primarily and a cane when I can, I have been now using my cane primarily and moving so much better. Everyone here is so incredibly nice and helpful and it doesn't feel like a doctors office, it feels like a community that helps each other. I give the front office a 1 star because they forgot my appointment TWICE. They also failed to reach my insurance even though they had 2 weeks to do so. I started coming here in 2017 when I was experiencing issues with my neck. I have been in several traffic crashes in the past and there is no doubt it started to compound as I got older. I looked around the northwest Las Vegas area and came upon this location. The first appointment is a consultation along with a full medical workup to include X-rays and a posture examination. This helps the staff determine the best course of action to not only take care of your pain management, but also to correct your problems long term. After my initial consult, I was set up for 36 sessions of symptom care and corrective care as my neck curvature was way off of where it needed to be. Dr. Todd (previous chiropractor) was great and got my spinal curvature back very close to normal. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was then. In 2020, I started to have issues with my neck again. Of course, I came back here to get help. Now, there is a new staff and a new doctor running the day to day operations. I still cannot say enough good things about this place. Yvette, who works the front desk, remembered me even after several years. She has always been very kind. Dr. Trey is the new chiropractor and is awesome. The rest of the medical assistants are quick to help and make sure you get what you need. Overall, this place is well beyond a normal chiropractor's office. Integration of medical treatment along with chiropractic care has been nothing but helpful to me. Five stars isn't enough to give this office. Everyone here is friendly, caring and compassionate about their job. They make you feel like family from your very first visit. We'll be forever greatful to Dr. Purvis for being persistent with x-rays we had done. We found a potential life threatening issue early because of him. I am so grateful to the staff at ASP! I had a severe meniscus tear and opted to avoid surgery and use the stem cell approach. The staff is SO supportive and gave me all the tools I need to heal, including Dr. Linck reminding me to slow down and not push too hard. He has saved me from reinjury so many times! Dr. Trey is the best chiro I have EVER had and has kept my neck in alignment, which other chiro's had never been able to do! His adjustments are firm and quick, with minimal discomfort! Let me first start off by saying the treatment at this clinic is top notch! The chiropractor, the Nurse Practitioner, and the Chiropractor Assistants are all amazing! All of the staff are honestly great! They are friendly, outgoing, the vibe is also super positive and great energy! I absolutely loved going here! But I stopped due to an issue with scheduling department. I had an upcoming appointment that needed to be changed, and had issues with that so I said forget it and just discontinued treatment. My "not so great experience" is in regards to billing, not the chiropractic treatment or staff. During the treatment, I was paying each visit the amount that the Manager has you sign as your out of pocket expense after verifying insurance. After I stopped treatment, I then received a bill for over $500 and their billing department (Momentum Billing) explained that the amount that they provide you at the chiropractor is if you complete all of the treatments in its entirety, then this is an ESTIMATE of what you should owe but after Momentum checks your benefits, you may owe more. So since I had not completed the entire year of treatment, that number that I signed for per visit was inaccurate because they divide the balance due by the entire treatment plan, which if something happens God forbid, and you stop going at any point during your treatment, be prepared to receive a hefty bill in the mail, in addition to the copay that you have already paid per visit. My advice to the clinic is to just give patients the correct amount to pay or explain those terms because you may put patients in a hardship with this huge unexpected bill if they discontinue service for any reason. Patients-- as a warning, if you agree to treatment here, treat the treatment plan as a binding contract for the entire duration of treatment, otherwise you will pay a hefty bill at the end if you do not complete it. Of course I planned on continuing treatment, but life happens, and I would've rather been told up front that each visit is ($125 as an example) than a minimal amount and received a shocking surprise at the end. read more

Went in with two herniated discs, finished with three. After two years of xrays and traction and countless adjustments they realized I had extra ribs because apparently they can't read the xrays. This is not physical therapy and the chiropractors are basically guessing and probably doing more harm than good. Everyone is pleasant and scheduling is a breeze but after stopping I feel much better and have so much more time. Do yourself a favor and consult Tim Soder or Maximum Velocity Physical Therapy. I saw results within eight weeks and was pain free with those skilled physical therapists. ASP treated me for three years and ended up worsening the problems. They will tell you you have a short leg and sell you silly therapy devices and bill your insurance for tens of thousands. Chiropractic should never take more than a few sessions if it is even necessary. read more

I wanted to come back and do an update because I`ve had some post physical therapy issues come up and after a lot of research on my own, I have to, in good conscience, advise that if you have a rotator cuff injury, you need to really be careful and educate yourself a bit in addition to going to physical therapy. During one of the last few visits to ASP I started to feel a twinge in my bicep, which I found out was bicep tendonitis, which can oftentimes go hand in hand with a rotator cuff injury. Anyway, I mentioned that I was feeling pain in my bicep and I was advised to adjust and move in a pain free motion, which is fair, but bicep tendonitis can be a real pain in the butt because moving the arm is an overhead position(as with some of my PT exercises for my rotator cuff) can further aggravate the bicep. Well, after I finished at ASP I kept doing my RT exercises prescribed to me, not really being able to get my bicep tendon to heal and it has put me in a real cycle of pain. I don`t blame ASP, but I do wish that when I mentioned my bicep tendon pain that my program would have been adjusted and more care and thought would have been given to the rotator cuff situation as a whole. I have been determined to fix myself, so I`ve been doing a lot of extra work and homework on my own and I advise that if you have an injury, that you do the same and definitely advocate for your own pain and your own healing on the journey. Dr. Linck is an amazing physical therapist, who has truly helped me make great strides in all my PT needs. The assistants are also all really great and friendly people! I am not gonna lie, I like being there! Services: the office provides more services but I am only being seen for PT, therefore I can only speak for that side of the house. I have had a large improvement for the issues I am being seen for and I am very happy with that. The facility is big enough to make sure that I am able to use all the equipment I need without feeling crowded. Especially because there is a large variety of equipment that Dr. Linck has to use to help all patients with all their needs. Don't waste your time or money. SCAM!!! I went for a consultation they took X-rays when it came to talking about payment I was told my insurance didn't cover much and it would be more affordable to pay in cash, she explained to me that they can do like a membership I will pay over $300 for multiple sessions in a month rather than paying about $200 a visit with my insurance. I had asked her if it was a loan and if it would affect my credit, she told me it was like paying in cash and it wouldn't affect my credit. She told me to think it over and my next visit I can provide them my decision. When it came to my following appointment at the end I talked to the same woman that I will do the monthly payments with them Instead of using my insurance. When I was provided the paperwork to sign I read that their was an interest rate and it was a loan. Which was never even mentioned to me, I brought up to her. she apologized and said it was her fault and will make sure to speak to the owners. She said she will not bill me for my past appointments and that she takes full responsibility for not providing full information. I was obviously very upset and in pain.
