I was diagnosed with stage IV metastasized Triple Negative Breast Cancer to my liver in April of 2014. My liver was almost completely consumed. This was after my first fight that started in July of 2012 and lasted 1.5 years. I started a very tough chemo trial in May 2014 and found Dr. Eliaz in July of 2014. I was in pretty bad shape when I found Dr. Eliaz and was actively looking for a nurse to help me on my bad days because I was no longer able to take care of myself. This is a far cry of my normal life of being a 38 year wife/mother with a 2 and 4 year old, running my company to boot. I started Dr. Eliaz's protocol and followed his lead and my gut toward healing and I'm now in a much better place. My cancer has shrunk 75% total with the combination of chemo and Dr. Eliaz healing help. He is a true Integrated Doctor. I do NOT need a nurse to help me on my bad days and I'm able to completely enjoy my life now. I, of course, have bad days but they are not even comparable to before starting being treated at the clinic. I not only feel better physically but I now have much better healing tools to help me be at ease in crazy stage IV cancer storm I live in. I have no doubt in my mind I am truly loved by these people!!! Yes, his protocol is amazing and helpful but nothing compares to the benefits you receive from the love and compassion these people treat you with. They make me want to be a better person. How many doctor,s nurses and staff have ever made you feel that way?? It's pretty rare and amazing. My family and I are blessed to have found them. Like I said before, there are words to describe how beneficial finding this clinic has been at saving my life. I will be here to see my girls grown up and I know they will be behind me every step of the way. PS. My only regret....I wish I would have knew about this clinic and these other treatment options the first time I had cancer. His brand of medicine is the best blend of Western, Chinese and Homeopathic practices imaginable. He cares deeply for everyone he works with, and I don't he or his office, has ever refused care to any patient for lack or insurance or money. His personal expertise is with cancer patients and his clinic is one of the most "living " places I've ever been. His reputation is well deserved and therefore it's sometimes hard to get an appointment, but if you or someone you care about is suffering from cancer, and aren't satisfied with the medical care being provided definitely give them a call.

I've used the ER multiple times and been in the cardiac ward more than once. The doctors are caring and good and smart and knowledgeble. I've had many procedures done. You can email your doctor directly and get an answer back quickly. The medical billing unit is a different matter. They are terrible and very hard to contact or to get anything changed. Fortunately all they do i bill your credit card monthly for the premium, but even that is sometimes done incorrectly. It's a mysterious black hole.

An elderly black lady with a walker was sent over from a different area and told to check in at 230. She explained how they told her she would be seen here. An MA/secretary basically bullied her and said "you shouldn't be here, who's your doctor, why would you be sent over?!?!" I'm thinking, "dude, she's like old. Chill, this isn't a government secret building and she's not gonna break in" The elderly patient further explained and you could tell the worker saw she was in the wrong. Honestly don't check in at 230 or file a complaint like I did when you have mean girls in the office who have attitude and mistreat their patients. I understand that you get patients who are rude and say annoying/stupid comments but don't treat innocent patients l as if they're in your damn nerves.

First, the agent insisted I needed a referral, but I reminded her I did not as I have a PPO. She was rude but changed her tune when she realized she was wrong, but I had already requested a supervisor. She refused after several requests and hung up. I called back and spoke to supervisor, but could not provide a better process for me to contact specialist and advised they may require referral. He transferred call to office, but hold times are off the charts!! Two separate calls, over 15 minutes for each call with no acknowledgement from staff. They pick up call, then put back through the hold queue. I believe I have made an error in selecting Sutter Health as my new provider.

At first they tried to help me but then they didn't give the care I asked for, I was 8 weeks pregnant and had some symptoms, I asked for ultrasound but they refused to do it for me telling me its not important, I wanted to check on my little tiny baby, they said it's normal and nothing to worry about just monitor your bleeding. But I was feeling that there is something wrong. It's not a normal bleeding. The next couple days I lost my pregnancy. What if they listened to me and did the ultrasound just to make sure everything is ok, and to give a good care to me and my baby. I feel so mad. I'll never go there again. Just give the care that the patient is asking for besides what you think of. The mother's guts and feelings never lies.
