When I asked her why because the online portal said that it was $80 she was very rude and stated that I have been to another location recently. I stated it's not about the money. It's about the fact that the online portal said it was $80. I'm not going to pay an additional $50. She stated that she would cancel the appointment and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. The irony is I was going to join again today. I also had went to this location maybe a year ago. And when I would use my credits from my home location, they would always add on an additional amount however, other locations would not add on an additional amount. I would recommend to stay far away from this location terrible customer service.!
