I absolutely love True Rest float spa!! I have been coming here since they first opened and have brought several friends/family to experience this amazing facility. First, is absolutely spotless...every room, every pod, everywhere. Not only is it clean, the management has thought about everything you may need during your visit. Also, I have a disability so I need some slight changes to how the room is normally set up and after my first visit, I've NEVER had to ask again. They have the room set up for me prior to my arrival, every time. That is so far above what I normally call great customer service. I cannot recommend this place enough. Such a serene experience! My partner and I each enjoyed our own individual float pods, and it was pure bliss. The visit began with hot tea, a neck massage, and relaxing in a quiet room while learning about the process from a short video. Evelyn at the front desk was so friendly and made sure we felt completely comfortable. After floating, we unwound in the recovery room with more tea, some reading, and peaceful vibes. Very much enjoyed my visit here! I bought a BOGO coupon and treated my boyfriend to a relaxing date night. The float rooms are warm, but comfortable and serene. The float pod is roomy so you don't feel claustrophobic and can keep to pod door open if you choose to. There is a shower in the room to shower before and after your float, they provide towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and ear plugs. They also offer lotions and a hair dryer if you choose to freshen up afterwards. We had to opportunity to sit in the lounge to enjoy the oxygen bar and hot tea while we chatted with the owner for a bit. Free fall out into nothing...no parachute required. An experience like no other. It's the ultimate way to fly. So, unstring the bow, and decompress awhile. After my one hour session I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated in both mind and body. I've tried many different types of therapy, but wish I had known about float therapy years ago. After just one session, I can say now, I'm hooked! Previous Yelp reviews kinda say it all-as far as what to expect and so forth. So, I'll just simply add my endorsement here and briefly describe what was an awesome experience. I love to give 5-star reviews when and where they are due, and let me say, it's definitely due here! Jay goes out of his way, taking the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions or concerns, and to help make your first experience be its very best. Floating inside an isolated darkened chamber might initially sound a little strange, but unless you're a real stick in the mud, you've just got to at least give this a try. I'd be willing to bet money that you'll be glad you did. Admittedly, I had a slight twinge of concern at the first thought of going in-most likely the percolations of past ruminations as a teenager, probably stemming from watching the phantasmagorical movie, Altered States. Fortunately, my session involved no phantasms, and I felt completely at peace and very very relaxed. I feel I could have easily fallen asleep. I did, however, experience what I can only describe as some sort of beautiful light show, almost ethereal-even while my eyes were open [in total darkness of course]. I can assure the reader here that I'm not nor wasn't on any kind psychedelics, but I imagine that the experience may be somewhat similar to those who choose to explore their own inner space, albeit in a perfectly safe and legal route. In summary, I found my session to be a very intriguing, enlightening and a inspiring experience as I focused my attention and intention inwardly, imagining my body healing itself while enjoying the passage of time in a totally relaxed state. I am looking forward to further exploration. Also, I greatly appreciate that Jay is helping our veterans by offering free sessions or other special discounts. I've read that float therapy can be very beneficial with a number different health issues or concerns, like PTSD. read more

Everyone should try at least once! This is a unique experience and you will not be disappointed! We walked in to a great aroma of freshness and cleanliness. We were greeted by Jay. He was so friendly, informative and his vibe was uplifting and comforting. You are taken into a comfortable room where you are shown a video about the experience. Utilize the shoulder massage machines! They are designed to get in there on your own. You are given a tour of a beautiful and well thought out wellness facility. The rooms are calming and comfortable. You shower before and after. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner is supplied. All smelt great and were of good quality. The experience is going to be hard to describe. Each one can be customized for each individual. Calming, relaxing and you will feel the relief...it can mean relief from pain or stress. Blood flow circulation for sure! The Magnesium Sulfate has so many healing properties! And don't freak...you will float!!!! Jay has done his research and went above and beyond to create an environment that allows you to relax and enjoy. There is an after care room where you can get ready and refresh yourself after your float. The pods, the towels and the experience are great! Then you get to the Oasis Room (recovery room)....the tea, the cups that were chosen, the oxygen bar, the books (you can even color!) and the music....all the little touches that have gone into this place are wonderful. Jay spoke to us and said he will be offering free floats for Veterans as well! He also has an ADA compliant room to help accommodate everyone! Truly an amazing experience. One that has helped heal mentally and physically. This was the first time I had ever done the salt float therapy, and I was extremely impressed. Impressed by the immediate benefits I found, and also by how clean / organized the whole facility was. Jay was incredibly knowledgeable about everything in regards to the float therapy, and was very helpful / friendly, and I would definitely 10/10 recommend stopping by even if you are skeptical about it.
