I told them this is all new to me and I'm just trying to figure it all out and make sure I'm doing everything right. they told me several times that it would be covered. again, it wasn't at all. the dental assistants were very nice but the dentist was incredibly rude and rough. I had pain in my jaw for a month after. when I left I asked them if all the payments were done and they said yes. but I was wrong. they will do unnecessary treatments to bleed your wallet dry. I can't believe how stupid and taken advantage I was.

They both said that there are some places with a potential for a cavity but why do a filing unless there is one! I got to say I felt super gypped by them. They knew I didn't have insurance and still pushed for such aggressive dental work. Also, their rate was almost double the other dentists. I will say that they seem to be very nice and caring. They took really good care of me and didn't make me feel ashamed for having multiple cavities. They mentioned that their prices are higher because they go first rate for everything.

I think he was overwhelmingly one of the reasons why I had the best vibes about switching from my previous dentist office to this one. Once I arrived, I knew that I'd made the right choice. May I begin by saying that I loved how neat and clean the office was presented, and it smelled delightful! The front desk receptionist, Lincoln, checked me in and she was super nice and welcoming. My initial interactions with Dr. Sirius were positive, and I developed a professional relationship with him due to his reputation as a prominent and respected dentist in the field, as well as my status as a police officer. However, I was disappointed to discover that Dr. Sirius informed me that the amount of work I required might exceed my dental coverage, which could result in additional expenses. Despite expressing my concern about surpassing my dental coverage, his team continued to schedule appointments for me to receive treatment, even though it was clear that I had surpassed my limit. This ultimately resulted in my incurring a debt of over $700, which left me feeling disheartened. I believe that Dr. Sirius and his team had the responsibility to inform me clearly and transparently that my upcoming procedure would not be covered by my insurance. As a result, I was left feeling as if I did not matter to the practice, and I now have a new dentist who prioritizes open communication and always informs me if a procedure will be covered by my insurance before treatment. I already knew about them because my sons go here, and we always have a good experience. They were able to see me the same day I called, which I really appreciated because I was in a decent amount of pain. I saw Dr. Khanna and she is probably the gentlest dentist I have ever encountered. She was knowledgeable and kind, and explained everything in a detailed way. In the end she found no specific cause for my tooth pain, but she recommended several possible solutions which I tried, and the pain has stopped. She also referred me out to a specialist to make sure there was no tooth fracture, rather than just opting to do a root canal. He sets the tone when you arrive. Always positive and happy to see you. Hygenist Ashley, Dr Bowersox, and the Mrs Dr. Goyal are all super professional and really make you feel that you are in good hands.
