She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

I told them I had a friend that was going to start. They had me put his contact info on a form on their form. They also had me fill in a second "business card" sized referral card. Clearly, they had preexisting knowledge on their own paperwork. Today, when I saw the PA she immediately (on her own) thanked me for referring my friend. I told her that I refer everyone. She thanked me again. When I went to the from desk to check out I asked about my referral discount. The front desk person and the office manager both told they could not give it to me because whomever was working the from desk when my friend signed up did not list me as the referring person. I replied, you must be kidding. The doc knows I referred him You know I referred him because you have the paperwork for the referral. But because some from desk person did not enter it when he was here I do not get it? OK fine. OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS AND GIVE REFERRAL CREDITS. Please tell everyone you know: If you are happy with the results, sure, go ahead and refer someone. BUT BEWARE: THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PLEDGE TO GIVE YOU A REFERRAL CREDIT! I had thought about the revision, but a lot of insurances will not cover it or would require a lengthy explanation as to why it is needed. I have no comorbidities outside of the BMI. UB made this process so effortless, and they offered so much ease. Through my employer, we have Lantern. I was shocked by what they offered; they paid for the whole procedure, including my hospital stay, and they gave me a debit card to cover additional expenses after the surgery. Dr. Jay Roberts and his team are exceptional! The wonderful ladies at the front desk are such a delight, and the medical staff are so positive and friendly. Whenever I have a question, not once have I needed to leave a message and wait for a callback; my question is always answered before hanging up.
