I would give this place a ZER0 star if I could. Got a stat CT scan done which I couldn't get read because the office manager informed me they lost my report and that the doctor had quit! I got a copy of my report which showed a hernia and a 1.5 inch mass. If you need urgent care go to the ER! Better to spend a higher copay and actually get medical care than talk to a receptionist who said "I am too busy to talk to you. Call back later.". read more

I would NEVER go to this place again. I cut my leg on a Sunday afternoon. They did a good job on the two stitches and then the billing madness starts. First, they got the copay wrong and told me it was fault for them getting it wrong after they looked it up. The doctor told me to come back in 7 days to have them removed. The front desk said no copay, it was a follow up. The billing department said differently. The doctor did nothing on this visit but tell me to wait another 7 days. On this visit, the front desk said no copay, the billing department said different and when I question them the front desk lied to billing saying they told me about the copay. In the end you are going to get stuck with a bill much higher than expected and them telling you a lie about why. read more

I just showed up at 5 on Wednesday and the door is locked, lights off, etc. the only sign posted on the door was the one helpfully stating they were open until 9 on Wednesdays. I had tried to all earlier and got no answer, but as other reviews said they never answered the phone I sucked it up and came in the pouring rain because this was the only company listed for a test I need done. Advanced Urgent care - Willow Grove I took my sister to this Urgent Care, thinking it would be faster than a hospital, for an infected finger. From the moment I called I should have known better than to go here. Long story short, we were treated more horribly than I knew could happen in a first-world country, and had to drive back and forth because they gave us a penicillin-related drug, and my sister is allergic. The experience took more than 4 hours, between driving back and forth and having to visit several pharmacies. After being denied the prescription by the pharmacist, my sister was told the pharmacist is wrong over the phone, and told to fill and take the medicine by the woman. She wasn't allowed to speak to anyone else, or the doctor. They wouldn't call a different script over the phone - they said if my sister were to take the medicine, they would be liable, and we need to return the prescription to get a replacement. We were hung up on for asking to speak to the doctor. We drove all the way back and were eventually given a replacement prescription with a man's name crossed out and my sister's name written in different handwriting. The woman "Alicia" refused to give us her full name, and told us she wrote the script herself. We had to figure out is this was in fact even a treatment for my sister's ailment, because they seemed so incompetent and even aggressive/ intending harm. When asking for the woman's full name, we were asked to leave, and told the new medicine, "would make you feel like crap, but oh well since you didn't listen to me," by the woman Alicia. I decided to try this care center a second time with my young son after our first time was horrendous. I should have listened to my conscience. They had the tv on a channel with curse words. The floor is ripped up in places and it's difficult to find people actually working there to help you. The doctor was at "lunch" when we arrived, 4:30. They were calling to him to return! My son needed stitches and the wound needed to be cleaned. They did some cleaning and then told ME to have him run his knee under the water in the sink. He was sitting on the counter with his knee in the sink! How sanitary is this to have him up there and with his shoes on the counter?! The doctor has a very strong accent and you can't understand him. He reprimanded my son for not telling him that he was going to pass out! Seriously? When you check out, the paperwork is all over the desk! NEVER go here! read more

I don't recommend taking your children here. We did not have a good experience with the physician examining my daughter. This is our first experience with urgent care. He was unprofessional and inappropriate comments. Next time we will go to CHOP's urgent care instead. Please do not go here with your child. I do not recommend it. read more

This is by far the WORST place to go. Went there and dropped paperwork off to have verified for an appointment two days later. Get there only to find out they had not even opened the envelope I gave them. Not to mention I called the day after I dropped off the envelope to confirm they had it and it would get done. I spoke with an idiot named Ashley who claims to be the manager and if this is correct then I'm not surprised the place is so ghetto. I am a health care professional and I would not put her in charge of a bar fight where anything goes because without a doubt she would mess that up. My only hope is that one day they come into work and find that they are the only people there because everybody else wised up and went to a more professional location. This Abington location will also change their hours to suit them. Their signs say walk in and that they are open until 9pm but you can go there at 4:30 and they are closed. When I asked about what time they close, ridiculous Ashley says it varies. They really should just close down and stop being a waste of space because if you don't want to do the job then move out the way for someone who does. Dr nickparvardfard is the owner of the willow grove location and all the rest of them and he wants you to come back it has gotten much better from when some of these reviews were taken please bear with the staff they have a lot of patients but once they get to know you they provide the best medical care for numerous conditions my son went for asthma ...my mother for a ear infection and they unclogged her ear the hospital wouldn't even do that... The doctors office wouldn't even do that so kudos to the willow grove advanced urgent care and Dr nickparvardfard for getting my mother and my son healthy again read more

Horrendous horrible. Do not go here. It is ghetto to the max. Was told to come in at 9 1st come 1st serve. I get there at 9 and receptionist rolls in at 908 on her phone for 10 minutes. Then finally asks do I have an appointment. ???? It's says walk in no appointment necessary on there sign. Then am told not sure if I can be seen because I don't have an appointment. After waiting till 10am asked when we will we see the dr and was told with an attitude when he gets here. So I ask when is that and was told who knows. He comes when he wants to. Say what. I asked to her to call him and she says we never talk to the dr. Again say what. This is insane. Should be negative 5 stars. read more

First time going here. Extremely unprofessional staff, especially the PA-C, Jason Dillinger, using profanity and discussing personal and financial matters at the reception desk in the waiting room with patients present. PA-C went into an adjacent room from occupied exam room, called his friend and said he was hoping to find someone to cover his shift so they could go out and get "blazed" tonight. Not at all the kind of professionalism you would expect from a medical office. We didn't even trust their test results, so we went right over to the urgent care office in Flourtown associated with Abington Hospital, where the staff was MUCH more knowledgeable and professional, and also where the test results were in fact different. The staff also coughed directly into their hands rather than their elbow or a tissue. Won't be going to the willow grove advanced urgent care office ever again. read more

I don't recommend this facility. I took my child for a sports physical. I chose it for the price, but it would have been worth paying more elsewhere. The doctor & more so the staff are inexperienced and unprofessional. They put my child through an uncomfortable and unnecessary procedure. To ad insult to injury, the front desk person could not provide a receipt for services. They gave me a charge, I paid it, & then received a bill later for more. They admit it was their mistake, but insist on me paying for their mistake. Never again! read more

Staff there is unprofessional and to be specific, Liz Rodriguez, the manager there. She is never in proper attire. She wears tank top shirts while everyone else wears proper medical attire. On top of that she is nasty. She responds to their patients in a nasty tone and she speaks unprofessionally. The doctor is unprofessional as well. He refuses to speak to patients once discharged. He discharges patients for reasons that doesn't make sense to me. He has just started being the physician there. That place is mess! One medical assistant will watch you urine one week and the other week they dont care. Make up your mind. Liz Rodriguez loves to tell you what she wants to instead of making sure what she says is correct. She is the worst Medical assistant I have ever come across and to be their manager makes it worse. Staff left once she came on board and staff admits she is rude as well. She will make sure your not seen for her personal reasons and will not give you call so you don't waste a trip there. read more
