I was charged for a full contact lens order even though I was still in the trial phase and had not yet confirmed whether the contacts worked for me. The doctor provided trial lenses, but they did not work well for reading and I continued having difficulty with nighttime vision. I returned for a follow-up exam, returned the full order of contacts, and was given additional trial lenses to test and those didn't work either. Since the trial lenses never worked for me, I never approved or received the final contact lens order that I paid for. I've called the store multiple times and left messages for management requesting a callback to discuss a refund for the contact lenses that were never provided. Unfortunately, no one has returned my calls. At this point, my biggest frustration is not the contacts themselves, but the complete lack of communication and customer service. I paid for contact lenses that I never received, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the store failed to respond. I ultimately had to escalate the matter beyond the local store in order to seek a resolution.
