The online store was actually very fair, accepted returns, but it wasn't a good option for me. Fast forward, the optometrist checked my prescription, and rechecked when I was in doubt without charge. The optician helped me find a stylish suitable frame, and after about a week, the precision lenses were very good, and clear at multiple distances. Sure, online is cheaper, but due to the variables, I have come to the conclusion it's not worth it unless you know the frame fit and have a simple correction. Pay a bit more (still less than many private practices) and visit the brick-and-mortar store.

Upon return I was 5-10 mins late due to attempting to locating parking, just to be told SORRY but you're too late for your appointment and the next appointment is within the next 10mins. NO empathy to attempt to reschedule the appointment and the feeling of not wanting me to be there. I kindly said ok no worries I locate services elsewhere. Found it LENS CRAFTERS from a google search that I did not know existed and not only was there parking, I was able to walk in and be seen that day even though the lobby was full of patrons. The feeling of been welcomed was a relief, will be HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this location for their willingness to assist, without been treated unwelcome, like the other location (VISION NOT WORK).

At 2:35, I handed my prescription to the very nice lady who had me look at frames while I waited for the Doctor. At 4:00, after running a few errands, my glasses were done. Everybody at Pearle Vision in Mansfield was simply wonderful and I can not recommend them highly enough. The place was very clean, organized and professional. After having recently moved to near by area i jumped on to the yelp to find a good optometrist for my regular eye test. I found this place with good reviews and made an appointment online (highly recommend doing that so it saves you some time). As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the wonderful front-desk lady (wish i remember her name). From start to finish she was awesome going above and beyond to take care of my needs. Dr. Hendrik Krosschell was very thorough, clear in his explanation and was kind enough to answer the concerns i had. He also had me come in multiple times just to ensure that i had the best possible lenses. A special kudos to the front desk lady. I had a full insurance coverage for my vision. The lady explained me how much i would be paying for my co-pay but there was a bit of confusion on what it covered for my lenses. I called up the insurance and got the details and this front desk lady (again i wish i remembered her name) was so kind enough to charge me just the remaining amount and have my insurance cover the remaining. I had done my research online on their website and knew what I wanted. She pointed me in the right direction for my astigmatism and wasn't trying to upsell me. It was only when she showed me the price of the exact pair I was willing to purchase, I mentioned the 50%-50% sale they had. She called for a 'saleswoman' and she tried to throw every excuse in the book at me as to why they couldn't do it and I needed to do this and that and pay more. Finally, I just said, "I just came in to buy a pair of glasses and not be treated like a sucker", because that's what the saleswoman appeared to be doing. Lots of patience, doesn't rush you ask lots of questions doesn't force you to do certain test or appointments right away she's been on leave.
