This has been the worse experience at this location ever. It was overcast and rainy and They were doing work in the lot for this location, no parking for all the businesses. Booked the appointment days in advance and even got to the appointment 40mins early and was informed was not able to be seen until my scheduled appointment (Not a patient in sight during the visit). I acknowledge and informed I would return. Upon return I was 5-10 mins late due to attempting to locating parking, just to be told SORRY but you're too late for your appointment and the next appointment is within the next 10mins. NO empathy to attempt to reschedule the appointment and the feeling of not wanting me to be there. I kindly said ok no worries I locate services elsewhere. Found it LENS CRAFTERS from a google search that I did not know existed and not only was there parking, I was able to walk in and be seen that day even though the lobby was full of patrons. The feeling of been welcomed was a relief, will be HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this location for their willingness to assist, without been treated unwelcome, like the other location (VISION NOT WORK). read more

Dr John was great, very much knew what he was doing and efficient. I wish my appointment had been on time, but he really payed 100% attention to me in our eye and contact exam so I feel it was worth the 30 minute wait. Honestly, the exam was great but get ready to get SOLD products on your exit. I felt like I was being pushed into making an appointment for next year, and buying a full years worth of contacts which I didn't want. This is to be expected at any vision store but, I don't have insurance. When I tell you I don't want to spend $552 on contacts today and you see I don't have insurance please listen to me. When I tell you I don't want to book an appointment in 2021 when it's February 2020 please do not keep pushing me. It's very uncomfortable and not good customer service. I understand if it's company policy to push these things but I shouldn't have to say no 3 times. I'm not looking forward to coming back next week because I'll have to deal with the sales girls in the front after I see the doctor, however I feel it will be worth it because he seemed to really know his stuff. They were so busy pushing me to buy a years worth of contacts and schedule and appointment that they didn't give me my prescriptions. I now have to go back to go get my prescriptions..... Dr. Leffers comes off a bit dry at first but the guy is awesome. His exams are meticulous and nothing but thorough. If you need to get glasses, all the reps are attentive and professional, but Mike Mcginney is my favorite to deal with. He's funny, straightforward and has a good personality. Having a good experience really depends on who you get when you come in. The person who helped me pick out my glasses was great. I knew what I wanted, so I was in an out in under 10 minutes. Now when I called to schedule pickup, the person told me one time, but then the confirmation came a different day and time. I called to get it corrected and the woman on the phone clearly wasn't listening and was just trying to quickly get off the phone. When I mentioned it, she said it was too busy and she didn't even know what day it was. Fast forward to glasses pickup...they gave me the wrong glasses. I asked if they needed my receipt, he said no, those were my glasses. I went to leave, but turned around to insist they weren't. Meanwhile as I turned back in the door. The aforementioned woman starts yelling at me thinking I was a new customer. I looked at her and said you just did my temp and paperwork. Why are you yelling? She needs to be able to cope with people in the store as both times I had to deal with her she was incredibly anxious. Covid is tough on all of us. read more

I can start by saying my eye exam went well. This review has nothing to do with the eye doctor herself. I ordered contacts and waited two weeks. No phone call. I tried to contact the store MULTIPLE times over the course of the next TWO WEEKS. Hours are 9-7. I called at 9:15, nothing. Midday, nothing. I tried at 5:30 when I got out of work, nothing. I waited on hold for 20 minutes at a time before I had to hang up because I was working. The automated customer service thing is a joke, it just kept telling me I had no orders. It was nearly impossible to speak to anyone from the store, and the ONE time I got through, the man said he would check in the back for my order and call me right back. Of course he did not. I contacted customer service and they said they would have someone from the store contact me. They did not. Save yourself the frustration of WEEKS of trying to get ahold of anyone at this store. I will never order from them again just because of the fact I was so pissed off by the entire ordeal. Worst customer service I've run into in a while. read more

I have been to many eyewear places over the years, and I must say that this place is the best. From the time that I walked in the door, until the time I left. I first greeted by Ted who introduced himself as the manager, who asked my name and had Tom escort me to the waiting area. An assistant named Sasha came over quickly with some paperwork and explained it all to me with a smile. Dr. Ninneman came and walked me in for an exam. He was great, and his exam was thorough. When I finished my exam, Michael helped me pick out a frame that fit me perfectly. He was fun, and every frame I tried on he would say "don't look at the mirror, look at me. He also said "I must obsess" Wow is what I thought of the personalized attention and effort that these people out into every customer. I will definitely reccomend them to everybody I know. I had the best experience ever. Thomas was incredible. I wasted a half hour of his time where he treated me like a queen. Only to find out they were out of network. I loved the glasses I picked out and almost bought them out right, but Thomas was insistent that I use my insurance, I do pay for it. So he had my take selfies with both sets I picked out and sent me on my way. I ended up finding glasses at another place, where I had the worse experience of my life. I ended up calling up Visionworks and ordering the sunglasses I loved SO much and because I was out of network I was given a VERY good discount. Second Visionworks location and both are staffed with untrained people. Was told 2x something by 2 different people and it ended up being incorrect. If you don't know the answer, don't just make up your own rules - GO ASK. I've been so inconvenienced by this place I will absolutely never return. Sad. Advice: Make an appointment with the female Doctor (Dr.Morales). The first two times I went here, I had the male Doctor. He was the worst. Unprofessional, seemingly uneducated, and down right rude. He misdiagnosed my prescription and was too arrogant to admit it. After seeing Dr.Morales, it was as if I had visited an entirely different facility. She was extremely intelligent and personable. She took her time to explain and diagnose the correct prescription. I have never seen clearer. The waitstaff too were incredibly kind and understanding. read more
