Gladly my eyes haven't changed so I was happy about that. I complimented Dr Hayden on the gal that does the preliminary eye stuff super nice, and the photos of my inner eyeball were way cool and looked like Mars Dr Hayden himself was very nice and explained what he was seeing. He had a Mensa magazine on the table in the waiting room of which he belongs. I am light years in IQ points below that lol but appreciate that a down to earth bona fide genius is my eye Docter. The online store was actually very fair, accepted returns, but it wasn't a good option for me. Fast forward, the optometrist checked my prescription, and rechecked when I was in doubt without charge. The optician helped me find a stylish suitable frame, and after about a week, the precision lenses were very good, and clear at multiple distances. Sure, online is cheaper, but due to the variables, I have come to the conclusion it's not worth it unless you know the frame fit and have a simple correction. Pay a bit more (still less than many private practices) and visit the brick-and-mortar store.

At 2:35, I handed my prescription to the very nice lady who had me look at frames while I waited for the Doctor. At 4:00, after running a few errands, my glasses were done. Everybody at Pearle Vision in Mansfield was simply wonderful and I can not recommend them highly enough. Even without a vision plan, my thorough examination and new glasses ran me just over $300, which is less than I expected. 10/10 recommend 10/10 will return

This time I went to a different location and the office staff out front were a little nicer and a little less aggressive. I did have an issue with the billing because I have two insurance companies now and the officethat they could only bill one and I had to bill the other. I was told I had to pay the difference before I went in to see doctor. After the visit I sent the required information to the other insurance company. The insurance company sent the payment to the doctor's company even though I had already paid them during my visit. I called the doctor's and they reimbursed me - but if they had not insisted I pay upfront it would have been easier for all. I did not intend to have my previous review reflect on the doctor and wish this site allowed you to modify reviews.

The place was very clean, organized and professional. After having recently moved to near by area i jumped on to the yelp to find a good optometrist for my regular eye test. I found this place with good reviews and made an appointment online (highly recommend doing that so it saves you some time). As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the wonderful front-desk lady (wish i remember her name). From start to finish she was awesome going above and beyond to take care of my needs. Dr. Hendrik Krosschell was very thorough, clear in his explanation and was kind enough to answer the concerns i had. He also had me come in multiple times just to ensure that i had the best possible lenses. A special kudos to the front desk lady. I had a full insurance coverage for my vision. The lady explained me how much i would be paying for my co-pay but there was a bit of confusion on what it covered for my lenses. I called up the insurance and got the details and this front desk lady (again i wish i remembered her name) was so kind enough to charge me just the remaining amount and have my insurance cover the remaining. All-in-all i had a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Strongly recommended!!

Now when i call with an issue with my eyes I can never see any eye Doctor never mind my own ophthalmologist that I have been getting my eye exams from for years. I called today to report a red swollen left eye and AGAIN no Doctor could see me. It was suggested that I go to Urgent Care and anyone that uses Urgent Care knows that there are no MDs seeing patients there and certainly no eye MDs I am just so disappointed in the deteriorating patient service..
