My husband's glasses were wildly expensive and they came in after two weeks, and they forgot the coating. So off they go back to be remade. Another two weeks. This is frustrating for items that cost two car parents apiece. Maybe I'm old fashioned but these issues could have been mitigated.

The person that helped me went the extra mile by reviewing the warranty information more closely and discovered my frames were covered and still available.
