Even if you leave multiple messages after one weeks time, there was no return calls , the staff is pleasant, but they are clearly overworked! The doctor didn't really seem to care, but I don't think she owns it either. This is a corporate chain and run very poorly. The pricing they gave me on glasses was off by $200. even though they could see, it was written down in my chart they would not honor it because the gentleman that placed it did it wrong . I had to physically drive there and push a sale order on them since they would not return calls. I will be looking for a new optical place after almost 20 years.

Ended up having to pay everything out of pocket. They also charged me additional money to get a written eye prescription. The lady who does the billing is extremely rude. I had a very hard time getting her to send me an actual bill. She just kept calling and harassing me at work. It's been over four months. I had to finally make a trip up there and just pay the money. I was a little reluctant when I made my latest appointment in light of the Coronavirus pandemic; but I really needed new glasses for exercising because I was getting dust and dirt in my eyes which bothered me for days. I can't say enough about the extra steps the staff took to make sure my health and safety were top priority. I called from the parking lot and answered screening questions. Then they took my temperature before I entered the main lobby. Once inside, I saw that the exam rooms were wiped down and disinfected after every patient. Dr Tait was examining my eye and something hit my eye and I turned my head away. 9-1-21 Checkup - My eye doesn't better and I was told it will take 3-5 weeks to heal. 9-8-21 Checkup - No improvement. I asked Dr Tait if he thought it was because when something hit my eye. He said no. 9-15-21 no improvement. 9-22-21 Dr Tait said your eye is healed. I had some questions. We would talk about them next time. 10-13-21 Dr Tait said IT IS ALL IN YOUR HEAD I went several eye Dr and I have a macular wrinkle and there is nothing can be done about that. Pretty good experience, nice new office, staff friendly, you…read morefill out the paperwork in advance however, there is no need to provide full medical background or hereditary information, this is a eye exam not a physical exam. After the office visit and for anyone new, please do not provide any issues unless absolutely necessary, cause they run with it. Had my exam, the dilation lasted about 6 hours after my visit, I had dr Connolly - he was exceptional in diagnosing my cataracts which to me are not that severe yet. However --- for everyone who has a cataract, their strong recommendation is for surgery and doing it as soon as possible. After our exam and prescriptions were provided, they sent us over to an area to schedule our surgery, unknown to us. We were just looking for information about it. First of all, I have been to 2 other doctor offices for my eyes, none pushed surgery, but this place does, there were people ahead of us and after us. The woman who schedules the surgery was very pushy and that to me is unacceptable. So while the staff was very friendly (with the exception of the woman who schedules the surgery) and the exam was exceptional, I had to lower my rating from a 4 star to a 3 since the surgery part was pushed. We are not getting any surgery at this time.

Of course they don't fit, they hurt my nose and I'm mostly wearing my old glasses. This is nonsense. The same thing happened with my last pair of glasses. My bifocals were too high because the nose rests and frames were not adjusted out of the box. I returned and found that my nose rests and fames were completely wrong. But when I checked my phone log, I did not get a phone call from them or an email stating any of this information or that my appointment was canceled. This was very unprofessional and I was told I would need to schedule another appointment for another day. I took time off of work for this appointment. I would not recommend for anybody to book their appointment online. And I would recommend if you do have an appointment to make sure you call them to confirm it before you waste your time to go in. If somebody that works, there is reading this review. Please look into this because it's not an operator error on the customers end it's definitely something to do with either an employee or their system because I've seen another review from somebody who went through the same situation. You would think that they would have fixed it by now.
