My bifocals were too high because the nose rests and frames were not adjusted out of the box. I returned and found that my nose rests and fames were completely wrong. No call, no email, no notification whatsoever. When I asked why it was canceled, the receptionist said, "I don't know." Then it somehow got worse--she claimed that I had called and canceled my own appointment, which is completely false. Why would I go out of my way to drive there if I had canceled it? When I asked whether they notify patients when appointments are canceled, she again responded with, "I don't know if it notifies you or not." That level of confusion and lack of accountability is unacceptable. And then the only "solution" offered was to reschedule me for next Thursday morning. Why would I come back here after my appointment was canceled without any notification, only to be told it was somehow my fault? That's not a solution--that's doubling down on poor service. This was incredibly unprofessional from start to finish. Poor communication, inaccurate information, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

While , I really like the doctor here the office is a hard no! they do not answer their phone literally because they are short staffed. Even if you leave multiple messages after one weeks time, there was no return calls , the staff is pleasant, but they are clearly overworked! The doctor didn't really seem to care, but I don't think she owns it either. This is a corporate chain and run very poorly. The pricing they gave me on glasses was off by $200. even though they could see, it was written down in my chart they would not honor it because the gentleman that placed it did it wrong . I had to physically drive there and push a sale order on them since they would not return calls. I will be looking for a new optical place after almost 20 years.
