Reyes assured us on two occasions that he would address the issue. We scheduled them twice, but they failed to show up both times. After the second no-show, they stopped answering our calls and texts. It took 2-3 weeks for a quote and that was only after prodding from a mutual party. I responded to the quote within a day and never heard back. It's been 2.5 months with no reply. I ended up going with Window World of Portland, at a higher cost, because they gave a quote quickly and have communicated during the entire process. If you're unable to take on a specific job, just tell client instead of leaving them hanging... I would respect that way more and may consider you for a different job in the future.
