Even though warranty documents were not provided, Revival's owners demanded immediate payment in full. Revival also failed to advise ahead of time about County inspections that needed to be completed after installation. This easily could have been communicated to me up-front but was not, and led to a lot of last-minute scrambling with my tenants when inspectors showed up without notice, or notified us of follow-up visits. Note to Revival owners: Going forward, please treat your paying customers with more respect, anticipate their needs, and don't send long-winded defensive treatises when customers reasonably object to the way they're being treated. These are fairly easy-to-implement service changes and would really improve your service model.
