A few weeks ago, my wife became quite upset because her remote start on her Lexus 460 was only accompanied by a single key fob, which was on the verge of failing. Recognizing the importance of having a reliable remote system, I reached out to Ron, the owner of this reputable company. He was incredibly responsive and understanding. We arranged for my wife to stop by their shop, and from there, they dedicated time to explore potential solutions. Initially, they attempted to find an alternative remote that would work with the existing system; however, it became clear that the required system was no longer available. I also tried searching online through Amazon and eBay, but unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in locating a suitable replacement. Deciding that the best course of action was to install a new remote starter, I scheduled an appointment. Given the high quality of their service, I was prepared for a wait--typically, their appointments are booked out about a month in advance. To my surprise, a cancellation opened up a slot just two days after I called. They accommodated us promptly, and my wife was provided a ride home, then picked up once the installation was complete. Throughout the process, I was impressed by the professionalism and customer-centric approach demonstrated by their team. The installation was completed smoothly, and I am pleased to report that the remote system has been working flawlessly. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service and the final outcome. I came in at a little before 8am on a Thursday without an appointment, let them know what happened, they answered all my questions, and they speedily diagnosed it. (Was out by 45min-1 hr) I think this probably my best experience with a dealership service center I have ever had. :) I would recommend if your Honda needs a quick check. As soon as he drove home, the truck started jerking really bad, we took it back, was told they could not find anything wrong with it, I even told Kyle the first time we took it in, that another place told us it was the transmission, he ignored that fact, until we took it back, then when I called him out, he stated that he could fix something that he didnt know what to look for, even after I showed him the diagnostic from another company. drive it 1000 miles and if still having problems to bring it back, we took videos of what the truck was doing, they immediately came back and said the transmission needs to be replaced. They did not want to admit it before. They had the vehicle for over a week before ordering the parts, refused to give us a rental which cost us additional 500.00. We have proof that Team Honda knew about the problems with the truck before selling it to us. Chris (manager) call said total repair to transmission was over 8k, and we would have to pay 4900. With such a high price this should have been a new transmission, it was actually for a rebuilt, so I was lied to, Team Honda didn't pay for any of it, like I was told. I called several other transmission places, want was quoted under 5000 for rebuilt, and upto 9300 for new. They had the truck for over a week before ordering the parts, I filed a complaint with BBB, but they have a rating of D- because of their refusal to answer other complaints. I also filed a complaint with the AG, and FTC do to deception. They do not care about the customers. So much communication going back and forth.
