Chandler arrived within a couple hours of my call, and anchored the rail to a thick board that provided the proper support for all the bolts. He also adjusted the chain and realigned the opener settings for the door. It's now quieter than ever, seals properly when it closes, the rail is solid and the fix looks professionally done. Came home last night and my garage door did not open all the way up. After trying the door a few…read moretimes to see what was wrong, my coil spring was broken. I opened a request in the morning and Bravo replied within minutes with a quote since I added pictures of what was wrong. They came out quick to fix the door so I could go in with my day. They were great, very professional and polite. They cleaned up after they finished the work and asked if I wanted them to dispose of the old equipment. During the coil spring replacement they also noticed the cables on the sides of the door were getting a little frayed and showed me the areas that might break. They said they had the parts to replace those as well and I had them replace the cables as well so I do not run into any other problems anytime soon. If I do, they said the cool spring has a 3 year warranty and the cable 1 year. Overall a great experience.
