This guy was a Godsend! My wife & I were driving back home (Geneva,IL area) from the Indiana dunes. We got a flat and had no spare. We were waiting on insurance/roadside assistance to help us for three hours and they weren't making progress finding someone to tow us back home (it was late at night and no shops nearby were open either). We were sitting waiting in a restaurant parking lot when he rolled up coincidentally (insurance having no success still). I got out and asked him if he knew how to fix flats, to which he responded yes and that he could tow as well. Once he heard where we lived, he offered to tow us home and offered a very fair price. It took over an hour for us to get home and it was very late and raining. He didn't hesitate to offer to patch up and fill our tire in the rain once we arrived. Everything he said and did was done with the utmost kindness and understanding. We are so grateful for his generosity and we wish him the best with his business. Eric B assisted me late one night after a bad tow experience from another company. I explained the issues I was having which was cause for the tow in the first place. He offered to come and make the repairs to my car on site; no need for another tow. We set a time and he kept to his word. Very professional. Price was close to what he quoted me. Waited for me to test drive my car and even answered questions I had about some other issues I was having. I have no complaints about the service I received. It is hard to find a good business like this the guy that came out to pick up my vehicle was cool laid-back and professional. It was cold outside and other tow truck drivers was either too expensive or they wouldn't even come out, but this particular company answer the call and he was out there with in about 35 minutes he needed special equipment for which he had I get my car out of a low clearance tow downtown in Chicago I would definitely recommend this company I've dealt with a lot of companies and so far they are the best out here that I've dealt with. I was stranded on the road with a dead car at night (cause unknown at the time), and called my insurance company for roadside assistance. They could not find a single company in the area that would tow my car at the time, but ES Mobile picked up even though they were pretty far away. Eric was the best support I could have had- personable, flexible, and knowledgable. He was familiar with the area and recommended a hotel in a less-sketchy location; and he actually ended up diagnosing my car problem out of goodwill post-tow and fixed my car on the spot, saving me precious time. The ball joint and axle on my car broke in a very inconvenient and tricky spot in a parking garage. After spending several hours on the phone with different tow companies that were unresponsive or could not help, I was given Eric's number. He was an absolute life saver!! My dumb ass got a fully loaded tractor-trailer stuck in the mud trying to make a u-turn on a cold, rainy, icy night and wound up blocking the road. It was an actual nightmare and an impossible situation and I figured I was done for, but, miraculously, Eric (great guy!) was there with his truck and winch and I was unstuck 10 minutes later.
