When our car broke down on I-94 during rush hour and my insurance's roadside assistance services weren't responding, I thought I was about to have the worst night of my life. Thank God for Eric, who pulled over, took a look at my engine, and gave me a card so I could call him if roadside assistance fell through. Well, I ended up calling! Eric helped us get a new alternator and put it in on the spot. He was calm, professional, clear, and straightforward with all the information he gave us, whether it was his ETA, the cost of parts and labor, or what exactly had gone wrong with our alternator. E's mobile and local auto repair was most unreliable and unprofessional company I have ever experience.... The tow truck driver lied and said he was coming "after taking my money" via app payment and made me wait three hours. I was in constant contact with him in which he kept Saying " I will see you shortly" AND NEVER CAME AFTER WAITING almost 3 hours (with two kids). I ended calling a Portage towing company (Portage towing and recovery) who arrived in 10-15 mins and went over and beyond for my family! read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. The other reviews are likely from friends. #1 they lie repeatedly. They have no idea what they are doing but exude false confidence. They will lie about what needs to be done, when it will be done and their "service" would have been laughable if the disservice they did to me didn't put me in such a bad situation! ! They never fix stuff and they say they are "certified specialists"? What a joke. Don't use them. Really- this guy was worse than useless and will leave you stuck. I just want to say that Eric who I believe is the owner at this company is great. My rental car died and I got the run around so much while sitting out in the cold. Very Bad experience. I was dispatched to them by a contractual company. Arranged to have my car towed from my place to another place that was only 8.5 miles away. waited two hours and had the direct phone # to company. called and got voicemail. Left message stating to call me. No word back. So I called the contractual company to get the person on the phone (because it seems that he only answers their calls) to only hear him say that he will be there. I highly discourage anybody from using this service. Its just not professional enough as a business. read more

Yesterday was prob just the Most stressful and genuinely most frustrating day. My car had a flat tire and I have State Farm. Road side assistance is included with insurance so I was told my insurance that I was covered and the lead tech Eric was told as well. As Eric came to pick my car up, his company told him that they couldn't find my insurance and told Eric that I wasn't covered. Mind you he drive from Indiana to come and get me and I was in Michigan on I-94 interstate stranded. As he arrived they tried to cancel my towing stating that I'm not covered which isn't true. And basically told I had to pay out of pocket. Eric was really sweet and still talked to his company and was hold trying to figure why would They cancel as he arrives and is currently putting my car on the tow. He was confused l, I was confused but he didn't give up on helping me and got me and my car to the nearest car repair place and was very sweet and informative. Moral of the story if u go with this company ask for Eric for help he was great all the way through the process. read more

I lost my key on a Sunday at about 10pm! Someone called me back in 2 minutes, and was at my house in 30 minutes. Very professional and thorough. Did i mention VERY affordable!!
