Edit 2: The owner has not only refused to provide the video but they've also threatened me by telling me they know where I live and that they'll sue me for my review (see attached image). I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism from a business owner. Also, I haven't purchased anything from this business so the only way they would have my information is if they went out of their way too look me up online which is frankly quite disturbing. Brought my Volvo in on Saturday to see if a remote start can be installed in my car. The guy said he had to check to see if my cars compatible so he pulled it into the back of the shop and brought it back like 5 minutes later said sorry he couldn't do it. No problem I said and left but as I'm driving I hear a weird thumping noise coming from the front of my car. i pull over and check and part of my bumper is loose. I pop the hood and all but 1 of the 6 fasteners are gone so front bumper was basically hanging on by a thread. Thankfully I noticed it before I got on the highway where I'm 99% certain my bumper would have fallen off and caused an accident. Also the rubber molding on the driver side was not properly pushed back in but that's not nearly as much of a concern. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here at all but if you do remember to take pictures of EVERYTHING before they touch your car.

Horrible feedback, music cut in and out, and put a different amp then we originally talk about putting in. The owner avoids all my calls afterwards and makes excuses and lost $400 for an amp that was only worth 129.99 retail. As a recommendation from a coworker I called audiondriven and I talk to Thomas about my problem, he said if I can make in today he will look at it. Later on that day I came to the shop, he dropped everything to look at my problem while also helping customers. He showed me everything that the other shop did wrong. None of the wires soldered down, everything wrap up and tangled and no care was taken for my car. I could of had a better shot of doing it myself and I can only pump gas and change out my air filter. Thomas readjusted the amp that was in my car to make it manageable and highly suggest to put a better amp in soon as possible. He took care of me that day when I was freaking out thinking my new car I just bought a couple months back that sound system was going to crash and I gotten ripped off by the amp I was sold. Sucks he had to fixes someone else's mistakes. Two weeks later I took his advice and put in a jl audio amp and then alpine speakers. Now my system breaths new life. I highly recommend this place. Don't try the rest, try the best.

They will pay for an uber or Lyft to take you within a certain range and pick you back up. It's great for remote workers to drop off before work and pickup at lunch etc. *They usually send out $20 oil change coupons The bad: *The coupons are to get you in the door and sell your car or buy a new one. Every time I have went they are texting me or giving me fliers about selling my car. I'm willing to put up with this for the $20 oil change. *The following happened to me today and I'm VERY irritated. I bought tires at Costco and they TOOK OFF my Costco sticker for when my tires need to be rotated and sent me home with a sheet noting an alignment should be done next visit and it is $189. So now I have to call Costco to ask when my car should be serviced by them because Toyota removed the sticker. Removing the sticker had me furious as soon as I noticed at the light pulling out. It reminded me of another situation. Prior to getting new tires at Costco my car had only been serviced at Toyota. My tires needed a tool to get them off. So Costco could not take them off, I called Toyota who informed me they wouldn't have used my tool as they use a universal one. I sure as heck wasn't in my replacement tire area removing any of the tools. So I had to order the tool to get the tire off, make another appointment at Costco. Just a giant waste of time and now my time is wasted again because they removed the sticker. It's sad, I think this was my last visit to Team Toyota Service..over a sticker.

I ordered a remanufactured one from Autozone and their vendor was not able to provide them one after a 2 week wait. I found Northlake Auto Recyclers online and they had the head I needed in stock and already pulled. It was off a 2018 Dodge Journey. Cost for the head was $125. They come with a disclaimer that heads are for use as cores to be rebuilt only and are only guaranteed not to be cracked or warped. I took the head to a machine shop and the tech said it was in such good condition that he did not recommend rebuilding it and only did a quick milling of the sealing surfaces to be sure it was true and clean for the head gasket. Just started up the car and it runs great. I highly recommend this place. It is not a junkyard. It is more similar to a parts store but all the parts are used. You go in, tell the guys at the counter what you want, and they go in back and get it off a shelf for you. They have tons of parts for late model cars. The employee said they specialize in cars 7 years and newer.

I had 4 power steering pumps put in before they got it right and that was after they had to replace the head they cracked while using the wrong size bit to drill out a snapped bolt. Guess who had to pay because they claimed it wasn't their fault. $1500. for a head. Plan and simple it's been nothing but problems. Trying to talk to their district manager because my timing is slipping again, it's eating oil left and right, and I was told I've been nothing but a problem and I should take it elsewhere for a second opinion because it's not their problem. So on a scale of 1-10 I'd give this facility a -10.
