I had Yelped another radon company to come out and they had high prices and were delayed a week -- found Chris via the phone number on my mitigation system and he was very responsive, friendly and was able to come out quickly. Chris knows his stuff, but he's efficient with his process. He got the motor all swapped out, and ran a test in the basement to make sure everything was still going good since the system has been around for a bit. His price quote was fair and it matched what I paid; there's also a five year warranty on it. Not only was the issue fixed, I just liked the way Chris went about it; seems like a good dude who will make sure the issue is all taken care of, and will explain the issues without turning it into a lengthy lecture (like I've had with several plumbers or HVAC techs in the past!). He's my go-to for any of these radon issues!
