No company should ever make criminal threats at a customer especially when it's their fault that the problem was even there. My friend had used these guys once before so I gave them a call. The man on the phone was so friendly and gave me a quote without even seeing the vehicle and advised me he could have the glass the next morning. When I asked if it could be repaired without replacement, he asked me to come into the shop so he could look at it. I took it in and in about 5 minutes, he told me all of my options. I opted to have it replaced and went the next day for the service. I was a little concerned because I didn't have a ride to go anywhere else while they repaired it, but he told me I could have a seat in their lounge and watch TV and it would only take about an hour or so. The guys in the office kept offering me water and coffee and were beyond friendly. They were honest and wonderful and even gave me a tax discount because we are military! And, I am not used to businesses finishing my car in the time they said they would so that was a nice surprise. I would recommend this business to anyone who loves great service and friendly people!

Ok so I brought my car to jiffy lube on Feb 26 2026, march 29th my car started to mess up. (I drive…read morea 2015 Audi q5) . Well I opened the hood to see if I can notice anything and my engine cover was NOT on my car. I contacted jiffy lube the 29th and they said they did the investigation and it shows the guy taking my engine cover off and not putting it back on. My car is misfiring and I can't drive it due to the misfire and it jerking when the rpm's go up. Jiffy lube said they ordered the engine cover on April 14th , and they would change my spark plugs.
