Upon review of my statement, I seen that I was charged for using my credit card. No one told me there was an upcharge for using my credit card. I was also told that my oil change was 10,000 miles overdue. I asked if anyone had checked the windshield sticker, to actually see when my last oil change was done. That was a collective NO. We have had our Kia serviced with Wyatt Johnson in the past and it was a hit or miss experience. My Positives: I took my Subaru Forrester in today for a recall on the brake system and spring coils. I also had them replace the rear windshield wiper, since that is a Subaru only part. Marvin checked me in, texted me with an update, and called me when the repair was completed. This guy was really overly great and helpful in the process. He was spot on, almost to the minute, of how long it would take to get the repair done. My critiques: When I initially called to schedule the repair I was a bit turned off by the person on the phone (don't recall her name) because I have a 1hr 45min drive to the dealership and asked about the time-frame of the repair. I was told I would have to ask when I showed up at the dealership. Typically dealerships will quote me the "billable labor hours" of the repair, which at least gives some indication of the overall time. When I got in my car it smelled like cigarette smoke. As I have asthma, I'm overly sensitive to smokers and this was a bit of a turn-off.
