Ok so I brought my car to jiffy lube on Feb 26 2026, march 29th my car started to mess up. (I drive a 2015 Audi q5) . Well I opened the hood to see if I can notice anything and my engine cover was NOT on my car. I contacted jiffy lube the 29th and they said they did the investigation and it shows the guy taking my engine cover off and not putting it back on. My car is misfiring and I can't drive it due to the misfire and it jerking when the rpm's go up. Jiffy lube said they ordered the engine cover on April 14th , and they would change my spark plugs. Well April 23rd I called for an update, well to come find out they were ordering the part that day and it should be here the by the 29th , It is now April 30th and they have yet to update me even after I have reached out! read more

We were required to get out of our car, The Jiffy lube where I live in Alabama does not make us leave the car to change your oil. So when the oil change is done, we had a tarantula rain going on and we both got soaked get in the car if they're gonna force you to get in and out of your car in the rain. They should have awnings for you to get in out of the building without getting wet so if it's raining go to Valvoline up the street that are required you to get out the Car. read more

Stopped by at this particular Jiffy Lube because it was one of the 15 locations on Groupon that I purchased a deal from and absolutely worth my money. I have gotten my oils changed plenty of times from all over the place and different companies but this was my first time at Jiffy Lube. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else to get normal service done to my Jeep thanks to Teresa and her team. The customer service here was outstanding, completely blew me out of the water. Not a very jiffy, jiffy lube. I get lots of oil changes and this is the worst oil change place that I have ever visited. While I went next door to eat lunch, they tried gouging me for a bunch of things my new car doesn't need - cabin filter, etc it took them over an hour and a half to do all this. This isn't an indictment on all jiffy lubes, just this one. read more

I was in and out of this place in less than 20 mins! They weren't very busy so all four people worked on my car at the same time and got it done quickly! Oil change happened at the same time the car was being vacuumed/tire pressure/lights/under the hood/checked! By far the best service Ive had for an oil change! I am going to give these guys a 5/5 simply for the fact that they were so polite and professional. As many of you can relate, i hope, I'm not very car-saavy and it shows. I don't even try to hide it; a lot of people could actually take advantage of it but they don't. Anyways, I'm a stickler about my oil being changed now because of a certain incident that ended up with me replacing my ENTIRE engine on my car; but i digress. I came in uniform and obviously exhausted from the day and just wanted to finally knock this check off my lift of "to do" and just wanted it over with. The customer service here was impeccable. I mean, opened my door, called me by my last name with a "miss" in front and said if i wanted to go get a jersey mikes sandwich i was more than welcome and he'd call my cell. How nice was that? And i totally did. it took less than 20 minutes and they even cleaned the windows, checked the tired and filled up some liquids for free. All in all it was about $40 but i know if i had cut coupons and not gone on a whim it would have been cheaper. Definitely going there again if only to hear someone so nice talk to me. I had been going to this location for years till this last year. Everytime I had gone in it was excellent service and they were trustworthy. The manager always advised any potential issues he or his staff saw with the car. They were always friendly and were truly the best place around. Something changed September 2013. I came in need of an oil Change but also noticed a smell. They advised it was the coolant and oil towards the rear of the car and the dealer needs to see the car. I took the car to the dealer (which is another review) and they showed me that yes there were the leaks they described but that jiffy installed a filter with no seal. When I called to just advise them of the situation the manager was rude and interrupted me. I contacted the 800 number and nothing. I kept being promised a call back. By November I was done. I contacted the better business bureau and finally got a call back. All they said was we will send you a check. No apology nothing just here's your money back go away. I have not been back since. The only reason I give a 2 is because their past was great they should find that manager and bring him back this new dude needs to be fired and go to common sense and customer service training. read more

It's always a little stressful coming for car work with an infant and a toddler in tow. The guys were super kind, efficient, and even played peekaboo with my kids through the window a bit. We came with the Groupon (great deal) and I was surprised to also receive complementary vacuuming of the inside. They told me the issues they found without pressuring me at all to add on services. Service was Good, however they had me get out so that they could pull my truck in themselves. I am A cancer patient and told them I wasn't comfortable having someone in my truck and they said it's policy to pull it in themselves. Then a 19 year old kid hopped in, didn't wash his hands and got in with grit and grime from under the hood, no mask or covid protocol of any kind. I feel that if someone is going to be getting in and out of random peoples vehicles, he or she should be taking precautions to not transfer anything from one to another. The only reason I even gave this 2 is because the guys here are great as people. But I literally had the worst oil change experience ever here. I left and within 10 mins my check engine light and oil pressure light came on. I went back and the gentleman hooked the computer up and said it was a P0014 bank 1 exhaust cam shaft error, and then checked the oil they just changed to let me know it was full and clean. He reset it and said it if came back I'd have to have it replaced.... ok next day... I could literally feel the car struggling to do it's thing... so my gut told me to take it to Hyundai, it's a 2018 Santa Fe. Upon them checking, it was the OCB control valve that was 100% at fault of the guys At jiffy . Hyundai Even wrote me up a statement: " tech inspected oil filter oil pressure control nipple on oil filter had become separated she to drain bolt washer inside oil filter housing causing low oil pressure light and low oil pressure to oil control valve for exhaust camshaft phaser." They replaced the filter jiffy just put in the day before. I called jiffy and first they told me it couldn't be a result of what they did because they only changed the oil and filter, when I called back with these notes from hyundai, they told me they have to do some paperwork and their customer service dept would be in contact. This was today.... so I will update if/when I hear back from them. Based on this experience alone I will not return back to this jiffy lube .. read more

I just needed to leave a review because this is the best service i have ever received on my car before! i am SO impressed! I pulled up and immediately they asked what i needed done, they gave me a price for each oil i could get and gave me a recommendation on each. another man came out with a flashlight and does a inspection on your tires, rotors, and brakes! they look at under your hood too (this is all before you even pull in) which is incredible. you go sit in the lobby and they drive the car in theirselves and make you feel so welcomed. they inspect the entire car before touching anything and give you a piece of paper with everything they looked at and checked off and go over it with you! They cleaned my windows AND VACUUMED MY CAR!!!! All the workers here are extremely nice and kind and i will definitely be a customer for life!!! SO IMPRESSED! read more

Stopped into Jiffy Lube for an oil change and walked away even more impressed than normal. While it has been 3 months since my last oil change, my tank was full and it was still clean. They checked everything else under the hood and determined I only needed a battery terminal cleaning. After I gave them the thumbs up they knocked it out for me, and then didn't charge me! Some places would have taken my $60 and not thought twice, but this is just another reason why I love the JL on Wilma Rudolph. Now I'm using my "free time" and cash at B-Dubs! Most awful place I have ever been to to get my car fixed. I have had awful experiences in Jiffy Lubes before but the reason I came to this Jiffy Lube about two months ago was that my battery died and my battery was purchased from a Jiffy Lube in my hometown. I originally thought my battery's warranty was going to cover the cost of the battery. Not only did they try to sell me a bunch of things my car did not need, but they made me wait more than an hour to tell me that the battery warranty was a manufacturer's warranty and not a Jiffy Lube warranty. To put the icing on the cake of this horrible experience, the staff were not communicative at all, did not have the parts that my car needed, AND they took my car apart leaving screws out. I am new to the area and this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with someone fixing my car. I thought they were going to be reliable, but it's clear that they took advantage of my ignorance and tried to charge me more because of mistakes that they made. Never coming here again! read more
